Should you decide to cancel your pre-paid packages or unlimited packages you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may receive a full refund for the original store of purchase for any product returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Went to get a Brazilian for the technically the second time (tapped out the first time at another salon years ago). Saw the advertisement on Instagram and decided to give them a try, especially since they were offering a great deal! I had Shannon and she was amazing! She was fast and efficient. She got me done in like 15minutes. Supper nice and did made the experience comfortable by talking me through LOL! Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I have now been to this Wax Salon twice. And each time the wax technician was a different person. Both of the ladies were magnificent! They were very kind and genuine and making sure that I was okay. This Salon is very clean. The receptionist is nice as well. I would definitely recommend this wax Salon to anyone and everyone!

I had an appointment made with Allie [I hope I spelled correctly]. She was sooo professional and comforting. I absolutely loved her. The ladies in reception are friendly and professional as well. This will be my new go to place to get my eyebrows waxed. It is worth every penny. The staff is super friendly and did a fantastic job taking the time to hear my wants and needs. I had Chellie do my eyebrows and she was awesome! I will definitely be going back to see her again. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Only place I get waxed, best spot in town! I have eczema and I'm a baby when it comes to waxing 😫 America does such a great job and is so patient! She offers advice on how to take care of my skin and get the most out of every wax 👌🏽 The place also offers a package deal that saves me money 💰 Ive become a regular and definitely recommend this location 💕

Went in today for my very first Brazilian wax. I was set up with Ally and omg I loved her. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process! Having a stranger rip at such sensitive parts seemed so easy with her. She did a great job with everything from welcoming me, application, and removal to giving me all the information I needed for aftercare. So glad I went in today!

They have great package deals where you can prepay for multiple at a time then get a free one with it. I find beneficial because I go in once a month for a Brazilian. I highly recommend Wendy because she makes this experience go by as a breeze. Ever since I started going I've seen a great difference in my hair and on top of that I have never seen anyone else who truly makes sure I leave more hairless and happier on the way out!

If your looking for a great Place to get waxed this is the place to go. I highly recommend Wendy I was extremely nervous the first time going in for my Brazilian (as any newbie would!) However Wendy's professionalism and expertise quickly put me at ease! I've always heard that Brazilians can be painful at first (especially with thick hair like mine) yet Wendy was able to make it virtually painless! I always have great experience at Urban Wax. I felt safe today as they all wore masks, as employees and all customers are required to. Everyone here is so friendly and professional and always do a great job! Cleanest place I've ever been and that was true before the virus. I highly recommend Urban Wax!

I called to talk to someone about refunding my packages because I am moving. The person than I talked to was very nice and helpful. She looked up my packages and told me how many I had left. (This matched up to the amount I knew I had left.) She then explained to me that she couldn't refund my money because she was new, but that her manager Brittney could. I normally go to the Scottsdale location but due to Covid, it is closed with no dates set for reopening. Decided to take the drive across town as it was certainly well over due for me to go in! The place was clean and inviting just like I like. The girls were super sweet! My esthetician was Brit! She shared she's new to Az!!! Welcome Girl!!! Hope you love this glorious state!!! The prices are right on just as expected and they have a larger display for the cosmetics and nick nacks- I may just keep coming here even after Scottsdale reopens!

Let me start by saying: everyone here is extremely nice, professional & engaging. Furthermore, I didn't know the first time customer got a free waxing which is very nice & hard to complain when something is free. Also, I am partially at fault because (although I wasn't offered one), I did not look in the mirror before I left, assuming since I've had my eyebrows waxed for over 15 years they have always been done well no matter where I've gone.

I would give them 5 stars but I just found out my FAVORITE tech, is leaving and not by choice. JP is amazing and I dont know if this place will be the same without her. So now I have to keep calling to see when she is going to be here because she is AMAZING, and one of the only people who do make brazillians as well.

I am beyond pleased with my wax! When walking into the studio, it was an inviting vibe and I was treated, without being bombarded into already rebooking. My waxer was thorough and explained each step she was doing and the wax pattern she was laying on me. I felt comfortable the entire time, and since I was able to hold a conversation with my waxer I didn't feel unbearable pain. Upon checkout I was asked to rebook, and was not pressured into rebooking, buying product or any packages. I appreciate and respect when a salon does not put that type of pressure. The price is fantastic as well. Definitely

This is a good location! I live less than a mile from the uptown location, but I travel the 5 miles to this one. That good!
Between the two, this location is more likely to work with you to get you in when you want to! The other place makes you feel like you got lucky.. uh, pass. Lol
The girls are nicer (and the male receptionist) and you can tell they like making their guests happy. I love this spot and there's a taco shop next door I keep meaning to try! Just another reason to re-visit this location:)
