I have worked as a licensed Aesthetician in Arizona since 2009. Over the past 10+ years I have perfected the art of speed waxing, brow artistry and just how to enhance every client's natural beauty with an artful eye. Honeypot Wax Spot LLC was created in 2019, when I decided that I wanted to be able to serve an exclusive clientele with the ability to provide a highly-individualized and personal service you can rely on.
It's best to use a gentle exfoliation 24-48 hours before your first wax appointment. If your skin is dehydrated, it tends to hold onto the hair more which can result in breakage rather than complete removal from the hair from the root. Breakage can likely cause ingrown hairs as well. Dehydrated skin that has not been exfoliated prior to waxing can also leave you with red itchy skin.
Continue your daily skincare routine leading up to your appointment. If you use a retinol cream you should discontinue use 5-7 days prior to your lift/lamination treatment & for 5 days after so that your skin does not become dry with the chemical process. I always advise this with waxing as well, in order to keep the skins integrity in tact.

I love HoneyPot. I might not be the most regular client but I know when I need a few minutes to myself I can walk in and feel pampered - even with a simple brow wax and tint. The team has recognized me outside of the business and it feels good to know your not just another face, but that they pay attention and remember you. Also, LOVE the loyalty program.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows laminated and tinted with Dani for over 6 months now. I’m obsessed the results every time! I have very blonde eyebrows and I always felt I needed to wear makeup in order to look like I wasn’t wearing make up. I also get my lashes lifted and tinted! No joke, it’s possible to say “I woke up like this” and not be wearing an ounce of make up. I’d also like to add that after my first time seeing Dani she immediately treated me like a long time client. She remembers me, my family, what we talked about previously and she genuinely cares about her clients!

I’ve seen both Dani and Angie a few times now for brow lamination and tinting and Honeypot has changed my life! My eyebrows are fairly blonde and look patchy and thin with no make up and were always my least favorite part of my face, but these gals always send me away with the brows of my dreams. I already drive 30 min each way for their service but would drive an hour if I had to. Plus, both of them are so authentic and fun and make the experience so great, I only wish I had found Honeypot sooner 💛🍯

I can’t even describe how AMAZING Dani is, but I’ll try! She is the best wax I have ever had ( I’ve tried every type and every place on Groupon for 7 years). She is so calming and sweet, makes you feel extremely comfortable during your wax. Dani gets EVERY HAIR EVERY TIME, I cannot stress this enough this is so important to me as I’ve had other waxes leaving me with patches. After a few less than stellar waxing experiences, I was super excited to find Dani through Yelp. The reviews are spot on--she is truly 5 stars! Not only is her waxing technique amazing, she is a wonderful, genuine person that I look forward to seeing at each appointment. I also recommend booking in advance because she is typically quite busy. You can book online with a $20 deposit (applied towards your service) for your first appointment.

You know how we all have that favorite song that makes you feel like a beautiful fearless woman? That's how I feel EVERY TIME I leave Honeypot! I know longer have reactions from Brazilians. I can last longer between appointments unlike when I was going to Sugar Me Wax. Anytime I have any of the eyebrow services, I get compliments for weeks! Hi. I can't begin to say how great of an experience and result I had at Honeypot Wax Spot. Dani knows exactly what she's doing and made my eyebrows look healthy bushy natural and sexy. She was so fun to hang out with while she tinted and laminated my brows. The experience was refreshing and my results lasted two months. I don't have enough good words to say about Dani! I get my Brazilian waxes every month with her and weird enough to say, but they are the best waxes ever. I never feel uncomfortable and she makes sure to get every hair and is even kind enough to tweeze out the ingrown ones lol. We have the best conversations and I love going to see her every month because it's just like chatting with an old friend. Everyone should go and see her for their waxing needs!!

I haven't been able to visit Dani personally for a wax (planning on it) but have consulted with her on skincare and let me tell you...she has my skin looking AMAZING! As someone who has never really cared much I'm now a routine skincare queen. I don't have monthly breakouts from hormones or stress breakouts. When I do happen to have zit it's gone within 1-2 days. Literally love this gem of a place! Reasonably priced and considering everything going on regarding covid, Dani is super clean making sure things are Sanitized and following procedures. I'm was visiting in Phoenix, and she was able to get me in super quick and take me on such short notice. Super personable, and didn't make my Brazilian uncomfortable at all. Knowledgeable and can answer all questions you have.

The lash lift was my first time getting the service and she made it super comfortable and was extremely informative (letting me know what each step was which helped a lot for me to relax). I loved my results. It really did help my eyelashes curl. She also gave GREAT aftercare instructions that have helped maintain it till this day!

Dani is so amazing!! Quarantine was the perfect time to finally let my brows grow in, I have pretty full brows that I have over plucked over the years and have been wanting to finally let a professional help me find their natural shape.
I did a henna tint and wax, the henna was my first time. I love it, the henna was helped fill out my brow and makes it a nice shade that I don't have to do anything to them. I am grateful Danis attentiveness to the shape and fullness and I wanted in my brow :)

I cannot recommend Dani enough! I get Brazilians done by her monthly. I've tried European wax center and urban wax spot and those places don't compare to the services that I have gotten at honeypot wax! Dani is super sweet and personable. What once was an awkward experience has become something I look forward to. She makes you feel welcome, comfortable and teaches you a thing or 2 you probably didn't know!
