A local graduate of North Charleston High School, attorney John Price has practiced since 1985, serving as a state prosecutor in the Charleston County Solicitor's Office before founding John Price Law Firm, LLC in 1988.
An experienced attorney, he has served as president of the Charleston Art of Trial Advocacy Workshop for Charleston-area lawyers, a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association of Justice.

Benjamin A. Parker received a Presidential Scholarship and College of Charleston Academic Scholarship to attend the College of Charleston, where he graduated in 2007, earning a B.A. in both English and Spanish. While at the College of Charleston, Benjamin was a member of Sigma Delta Pi (Spanish Honors Society), and studied abroad in Trujillo, Spain, enabling him to proficiently read, write, and speak Spanish.
After a brief career in international shipping in Atlanta, Mark was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2000 and has practiced in the Lowcountry ever since. Years of general practice has provided Mark with the experience necessary to provide you with highly competent legal representation.

I retained Attorney Ben Parker, who took on a very complicated, and not a common type of insurance subrogation case. I was more than pleased with his understanding, patience, support, and knowledge of law. I needed someone who had MY best interest at heart, as the injured party. After I got into a car accident, I contacted the John Price law firm. John Price took away all my stress and worries and assigned the case to one of his lawyers, Mark Redmond who immediately started working on the case. Mark called me a couple months later and said he had a settlement and asked if I would be happy with it. I said it was more than I expected and he said he would try to squeeze more out of them. I was amazed when he got 25% more. I call him remarkable Mark Redmond now. John Price has attorneys who will fight hard for you and make you happy. I personally would reccomend the John Price

John and the entire staff were extremely helpful, professional and accommodating in order to get our case settled swiftly, making what could have been a stressful event easier for us. John even traveled to Florence SC with us to meet with the insurance company and took care of everything. The only positive thing I have to say was my lawyer was “nice” thats it. I kept being quoted time frames and I kept having to call back for updates. Through 9 months of working with this company i believe I was only reached out to about 3 times. Any other time I had to call. Very unprofessional considering I was the client. The paralegal was extremely rude and unprofessional to say that least. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
