The only good thing about this place is the employees. They were all nice and helpful. The place itself is run down and definitely not worth the money. The parking lot it too small and its hard to even get a parking spot. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. The bar was pretty good but thats about all this place has to offer. We went to the beach at night and someone came and locked the gate on us so that we couldn't get back in even though we were told that the beach doesn't close and the gate wasn't locked the night before. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Room 117 was disappointing. There was no mirror in bathroom. The carpet was old and worn. The light fixture between the beds needed painting or possibly replaced. When I stayed a couple years ago, in the ocean front rooms it was nice. This side area room was disappointing as I stated. Also at night there were many large cockroaches running around on sidewalk near room. For the price per night I think the motel could have had some cosmetic work and pest control. I love the location of the motel and the amenities like the pool near the bar, the band at the bar and the lazy river, although I was not

They have a pool outside with 2ft for toddlers to be safe. I had a great ocean front view from the balcony. The only part I didn't like was the AC in the room it wasn't as cold as I like it & the carpet

Nice people, but room we had definitely had bed bugs. I could see where they apparently had pest control services come in and resolve issues but they didn't clean up the walls afterwards as you could see all the traces of them still. There were also stains for bed bugs on bedding linens. I don't understand why they wouldn't have thrown those away and put new ones in place. Made me paranoid the whole night I was there. Again, I liked the workers though. They were great.

I literally couldn't stay there. I was afraid to take my shoes off in the room. It was so filthy. I ended up booking a different hotel last minute. The Palace is great so far.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the nasty reviews people have left. Not a 5-star hotel by any means, but it wasn't as bad as other reviews made it out to be. The staff was friendly and the location was awesome! Sure the place has some age on it and could use a few updates, but I was happy with my room. Any issues I saw were minor. There were no tubes for the Lazy River, but it was understandable with the covid situation. Pools were clean and tiki bar was nice

This hotel is a little place nestled in between big condos. It is charming and fun. Needs some updates, but for the price I can’t complain! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Lots of ocean front views. Pool was wonderful. Only complaint was the lazy river was never open

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, last time was July of 2019. It has definitely went down hill in the 2 years. The maintenance man was changing out our bathroom light when we checked in and he used our wash cloths and towels to wipe his hands off and just left them on the bathroom sink. The carpet definitely need replaced, and could definitely use a good paint job. However we like booking here because 1 the food at the bar is amazing and 2 it’s right on the ocean. Middle section and section closest to office in parking lot is super tight so if you have a bigger vehicle I suggest to park
