If you come home or wake up to a flood in your yard and cannot shut off the water yourself we are always on call to come out and help. Call our emergency line at (316) 299-8424 and we will either talk you through how to shut-off your water (no charge) or we will come out and shut it off for you ($89.50) trip charge.
As you all have probably heard, the City of Wichita Water Department has begun discussions on ways to conserve water and how to lower the amount of water used for outdoor purposes. This is a huge issue and can potentially have a major impact on our industry and also potentially change our cultural views about landscaping.
In the spring starting around mid-March we begin to turn-on sprinkler systems. We recommend that homes with sprinkler systems on city water wait until early to mid-April to avoid the potential for freeze damage to the systems. Run each station of the system by the controller to insure the valves are operating correctly.
