We perform our inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems (2008 edition). We also electronically document them and provide you with a computer generated easy to understand report. Our inspector is NICET III certified in NFPA 25 and has over 20 years experience in the pipefitting trades and has been servicing fire sprinkler systems in South Central Kansas for over 11 years.

Born in Wichita and raised in the rural Whitewater Community by faithful godly parents I have learned the value of integrity and hard work in serving others. I owe my success as a fire sprinkler systems inspector in large part to my father and now desire to pass that heritage of integrity and hard work on to my children as we work together for you.
Some contractors like to keep their customers in the dark so that they get more service calls thus more profits. We want our customers to know and understand as much about their fire sprinkler systems as possible and will gladly provide the training you feel is necessary for your staff. This too is probably a selfish policy.
Fire Sprinkler systems are typically designed to contain fires long enough for occupants to evacuate and for the local fire department to arrive on the scene and extinguish the fire through traditional fire fighting means. However, many small fires have been extinguished by the sprinkler system. An improperly maintained fire sprinkler system may not function as intended, and may also deteriorate and leak, causing expensive repairs.
