After being in a MVA where I was rear-ended, the other party's Insurance company offered me a pittance to settle my claim that was not even going to cover my medical costs. I found Michael Fay on an internet search and turned my case over to him after reading the reviews. Well, the reviews were right! Not only did he get me a top settlement in my case, he also dealt with my medical insurance provider who through the medical coverage process for my claims reported my MVA as a Workman's Comp issue! I could not recommend more. I live in st. Cloud over an hour away from their office and they came to me for a consultation in person. They have been more then helpful. Always a phone call away. Michael J Fay and associates know what they do and trust me you won't be disappointed. I had an accident on Feb 6, 2020 during which someone hit my vehicle from my back. Police came to the scene and I told them I was ok and continued to work that night. Few weeks later, i started feeling pain on my right knee. I made an appointment to see my doctor who referred me to an orthopedics doctor who recommended MRI on my right knee which showed a meniscus tear. My Insurance refused to pay the bills. This was the worst Experience I had at a Law firm. They said they wouldn't take my case cause my name wasnt on the police report and all they had to do or i could of did for that instant. Contact the officer that was on the scene of the Accident to verified if I was there are not. But instand they Decided not to contact me or return my call for three weeks. And when i Finally got a hold of them they said they wouldn't take my case..... ( what!!!?. ) and on top of that i had an open clam that i need help with and scoutt one of they lawyers said will since we aint taken the first
