My first visit was in January 2020. I had recently signed up with Cigna for dental insurance for a very reasonable monthly premium and was looking for a new dentist. I saw such great reviews on Yelp about it, and lo and behold, they did not fail. Don't leave a voicemail, they will never call you back, apparently it's "broken?" The receptionist with the southern accent hung up on me when I was complaining about their lack to return calls. Once you get into the office it's not a bad experience, it's just trying to schedule procedures that's a nightmare. I've had a painful bony growth growing in the top part of my mouth that is making the teeth around it very sensitive. Despite my apprehension with going to the dentist, as do most people, these guys are great and make things as comfortable as possible. Ive had a couple of bigger jobs done there recently. Where as most times in the past elsewhere, I would be extremely hesitant to go back, I am at ease each time I return knowing it will be smooth sailing.

Everyone I spoke with worked their hardest to help me. I absolutely dread going to the dentist and everything about it since I have had some pretty bad encounters with them, but the woman who I spoke with over the phone and at the front desk was absolutely great. she got me in within 2 hrs of my first contact, while at the time that sounded like forever it was really very fast especially considering I am a first time patient with them. They managed to have me seen within 15 minutes of walking in the door and already have me set up with a ortho and a plan for where we will go from here. Safe to

I had been incredibly nervous at the dentist after many bad experiences elsewhere, but a friend referred me to Dr Enmark about 8 years ago and I have been so much more relaxed ever since. My husband, daughter & I all go to her bc she has such a gentle and reassuring nature. Even my mom now goes to her! I no longer fear dental work, I know I am in very good hands. Dr. Crooks is great. I recommend her and the entire dental practice. The office is almost like going to a spa. Plus Dr. Crooks always pops in to say hello, even when I'm just there for a cleaning. That kind of personal touch is very important to me. The hygienists there are gentle and nice. You can request the one you want to see. The other doctors, Enmark and Po, are also very nice and personable. I don't dread going to the dentist.

Excellent dentist. Dr. Enmark makes you feel very comfortable and is gentle in numbing. Her bedside manner is very well honed. I had some work done that has remained very durable over the last couple years. Front office staff are polite and very patient in explaining things to you if you don't understand something.
