I wish zero stars was an option. We called 3 weeks before thanksgiving to get transportation to a cruise ship. They had available people to take us to our destination. We waited for a confirmation number and 7 days later got a email with the wrong name, phone number, and email address. They quoted us the price then emailed us the price charged which included an additional holiday fee of $34 which was not disclosed to us in the original quote. We called 3 times to dispute this extra charge and none of the associates seemed to care. So we had to cancel the transportation service 1 week before departure
