I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs. Gold is one level of recognition that indicates our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle.
When it makes sense, we will pre-order your vehicle's parts at the time that we write the estimate and schedule your vehicle for drop-off. However, much of the time your repair will benefit from a proper dismantle to identify hidden damages so a thorough parts order can be placed. This enables us to provide quicker turnaround time.
Not much is going to happen until the claim is filed, so it is usually smart to do so promptly. At the scene of the accident, you would have already collected the important information like the name, address, phone number, driver's license number, license plate number and insurance information from any other drivers.

Jack and Brian were extremely professional, understanding and explained the whole process to me. It took longer, not due to them but my insurance, parts, etc. (like all of us are experiencing right now). My car was badly Damaged and unfortunately, it's been a long process for the repair, ..Not that it matters because I was provided a rental since the accident was not my fault. I have to say, these guys have kept me informed Every Step Of the Process! I knew in the beginning it was going to be a process getting the car repaired, and like I stated, that was never a problem for me, but the Professionalism shown to me by the staff is nothing like I ever experienced before! While I always refer to them when choosing a provider , I don’t often leave online reviews. Like most people, I guess, I only take the time if the service and quality was terrible or if they really knocked it out of the park. My experience with Total Care was definitely a home run. We chose them primarily because they were factory certified by our trucks manufacturer and given that the vehicle was less than a year old, we wanted the highest quality repair. I've now been through the accident-insurance-rental-repair cycle twice with Total Care and couldn't recommend them more. They make a painful experience become seamless. Their work appears flawless and their customer service/regular updates are just right.
