I got into a fender bender and due to seeing good reviews online of Lund, scheduled an appointment. They were very quick with communication and super polite/helpful. My car was fixed in a timely manner especially considering the pandemic! I was surprised! I would highly recommend them and will for sure use again!

Our car was rear ended by a large truck and we brought it to Lund Collision. Janine was absolutely wonderful, she called us with regular updates on the progress throughout the entire repair process & was incredibly helpful in dealing with our insurance company who does not return calls. She went above and beyond to make this process less stressful for us.
Our car sustained severe damage and we were very impressed with Lund Collision for not only providing quality work and making our car look like new, but also being able to complete the work in only a month despite the delays in shipment

Wow, what a learning experience this has been. Where to start.....First off they called me after 3 weeks and told me my car was being finished up and just needed and alignment. This was so inaccurate as I finally received my car 3 weeks later! They apologized saying that they were “perfectionist” and that they wanted it to be perfect, so perfect that as I’m writing this review it’s back at the collision center getting the front bumper put back on after I noticed a large gap between it and the car that shouldn’t exist! It must have been all the perfection they poured into it that popped

My first experience with Lund's last year was quite good, but unfortunately the second one was AWFUL! I went there on 8/22/18 after my drivers mirror was hit and shattered at the Marshfield Fair. I was given a fair quote and scheduled it to go in on 9/17/18. I dropped the car off before hours using the keydrop. I was told by Jeanne on 8/22/18 that my appointment was for 10AM and it would be done no later then Noon. As it was a quick procedure.
I got there to pick my car up at 3:45pm. Not only was it not done, but no one seemed to know why it was there and NO PART had been ordered.

I absolutely recommend this place, especially for a first timer with a shop! I have been in now two accidents in my life. The first one I took my car to Maaco, and received the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Second time around, I knew I couldn't go there again. My insurance recommended Lund to me, and it was only one mile away from my apartment. Not only was my car completely repaired and returned to me in a little over a week, but it was completely cleaned and detailed! Also, they work with Hertz, so I was able to pick up/drop off a rental there while my repairs were

5 STAR Service! My car was the victim of a hit and run which left some major front end damage. Looked around for ages to find the right auto body shop. I received a referral and went in and met with Eric Lund the owner. I found him to be professional, fair and honest. Always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Very fair with the price. Gave me a rental while they worked on my vehicle. There is a VERC car rental right on the premises. This business used to be in Halifax, MA however they have moved to this new location. I was so happy with the results. My vehicle looks brand new
