As we were getting in the car, I realized I did not have my wallet! I had no ID! Our driver agreed to drive us to my place in Uptown so I could get my passport, then took us to MSP. This big circle doubled the time we used the car service. I felt bad and asked if I was messing up any other booked rides - and was told not to worry.
