Services
We inspect the home you're buying or selling, investing in, or renting from top to bottom. We Inspect each unit of multi-family properties and pricing is based on the number of units, number of mechanical systems, and total square footage of the property. During a typical inspection, we take between 250-500 pictures of every property we inspect.
Radon is a colorless, odorless, naturally occurring radioactive gas released in rock, soil and water that can build up to dangerous levels inside any home, old or new, in homes with or without a basement. It creeps in through soil, wood, concrete, cracks, and any gaps in your home. In Michigan, 1 in 4 homes have high levels of radon.
An independent third party inspection will give you unbiased in-depth information about the house you are buying or selling. The inspector can locate issues that are not obvious to most buyers. An appraisal is simply a market value of your property and doesn't cover the condition of the home.
A city inspection covers only city codes and does not cover the mechanical systems of the home or many other issues an inspector would find that could be lurking.We highly encourage that you attend the entire inspection. However, we know that your time is valuable. You can attend as you wish, follow us around or do your own thing, come and go as you please, etc.

Wright-Pro's professional inspection reports can range from 25 to 50 pages, depending on the size of the home and the number of deficiencies found. The report includes a summary section of all the issues found so you don't have to search to find what you are most wanting to see. Then, you can browse the entire report at your leisure with the help of a complete Table of Contents and a Ratings Key for easy reading.

Bill and Sue are wonderful and extremely professional. They were so kind and happy to answer all of our questions throughout the inspection and also gave insight on how to repair issues that we came across. I am in the process of buying my first home, and was recommended Wright Pro by my Realtor.
They did not disappoint!
I was extremely impressed with their level of knowledge, professionalism and how much hard work they put into the inspection.
As someone who knows NOTHING about home maintenance or things to look for, I was happy that they took the time to explain things in an easy to understand way.
The final report was so detailed, it was about 50 pages long, including pictures with arrows, markers, and even detailed comments/explanations on things that I would not have understood otherwise

Bill and Sue are such an amazing duo! They arrive to job site on time with all equipment needed to get the job done correctly. They provide amazingly detailed reports from your home inspection as well as very clear photos so you know exactly what your looking at.
