Robert did great job on replacing my worn seat cover on my waverunner. Looks like new again!

We drove over to meet them we picked out our material. They gave us a fair quote using our dimensions and a picture of the furniture piece we needed covering. We were called to bring it in and then received a call two days later it was ready. Beautiful craftmanship, installed new foam, firm, well made, and returned in two days from the date we dropped it off.

This shop does quality work in repairing/restoring your furniture. I took in a couple of chairs a couple of years ago. Wood repair and reupholstery. These chairs belonged to my Mother and my Grandparents. I walked away totally impressed. And I am not an easy customer. Beautiful work.

Incredible is the only word I can think of when it comes to this fine establishment. I was in contact with Robert for a little while and he was always very responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. They picked up a peice of my couch that was torn, made the repair and brought it back to my house. Very professional. I will not be taking my business anywhere else! I already am in talks to make another repair for me! You can't get the quality of care at one of those big box stores!

We brought in a squeaky, creaky recliner that needed to be fixed. Robert was easy to work with and the work was high quality, caring, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I took two bamboo barstools to have new backs and seats made. One of the barstools was broken and both had been chewed by my puppies. City Upholstery repaired the broken one, refinished both and made beautiful new seats and backs for both. They look like they just came off the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier with their work!! OUTSTANDING!! Thanks for putting such great care into the repair and upholstery!! I couldn't be a happier customer!!!

A bit more expensive than other shops, but if you want quality this is the place to go.

Went in to look at some fabrics and came out with all kinds of knowledge about fabric types, colors, designs, styles, also about different fillers, foams and padding, the gentleman/owner that assisted us was knowledgable and friendly as the our Texas motto, even though he didn't have the fabric I needed, he was happy to order it for us but I couldn't wait a few days I needed it that day, but I saw his fine upholstery work in the different stages of reupholstering, including the final finish and let me tell you his work is worthy of being in high end furniture stores, even though I can do some upholstering

Our family has used City Upholstery in Pasadena, TX since 2010. Robert Waters is the owner. City Upholstery has reholstered my truck seats and chairs to our gathering table with quality leather hides. They also made a beautiful white denim slip cover for our large sofa. The shop’s latest work for us was repairing and refinishing a large, roughly used antique desk; the outcome was awesome and the price they charged was below the estimate Mr Waters initially quoted! We’ve always taken our business to City Upholstery because the quality of their work is outstanding, their prices are very reasonable

City Upholstery is owned by the Waters Family. My family has known them and have had furniture renewed by them for over 25 years. They are reasonably priced and give you quality work. They get a 5-Star from me.
