Unfortunately I did not have the wonderful experience described in the reviews. And the reason I chose this practice. I have scheduled three times now since November and each time there has been an issue. The first appointment there was a last minute replacement of the dentist (only informed when I arrived so I declined when they could not even answer how long this dentist had been in practice). The second and third though confirmed by phone were not showing up in their schedule. I have my own business and do my own scheduling so I know it's not an issue on my end.

I'm still smiling. It was my first visit; however, it won't be my last. I'd heard all the dentists are great.
* access- easy to get to off Loch Raven Blvd.
* parking - plenty & free
* wait- was short in my hot car
* staff- greeted me with smiles
* exam room - clean & comfortable with tv
(they changed the program for me)
* exam - every tooth (& gums) were carefully checked & cleaned
* questions - answered well
I left with my next appt., a gift bag given, & confident I made the right choice. It was a pleasure.

Wow! Just wow! Everyone is super friendly and I felt extremely comfortable even when I was nervous on what the result would be. I’ve only had my X-rays so far, not any work done, but I am so happy that I found this dental office! They actually work with you as well if you don’t have any insurance. God bless this place!

I've been a patient for about 3 years now and finally had to surrender to my first cavity in my 40+ years (the plus is tax, tags and dealer processing=49). I've always been happy with Alicia and Dr. Seidman, but today Dr. Michelson had the pleasure of filling my first cavity. The process was quick, painless and he was very personable.
