Lisa is an integral part of our practice, as she strives to help in any way possible to keep our staff and patients happy, healthy, and informed. She greets everyone she meets with a warm smile and caring heart. Lisa graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health as well as Stark State College with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.
Dr. Chip grew up in the field of Dentistry, assisting his father chair side for many years prior to taking over the practice in 2011. He is honored to be able to continue his father's tradition of providing thorough and comprehensive dental care to people of all ages. Dr. Mardis is a graduate of Copley-Fairlawn High School and is thankful for the opportunity to serve the community in which he grew up.
Our office is happy to assist you in utilizing your dental benefits and will complete all claims submissions on your behalf. We can work with ANY open-network dental benefit plan. Please call us with any questions you may have regarding your dental benefits. We have a New Patient Special and also an In-House Dental Savings Membership Plan that help make it easier than ever to keep up with your dental care.

Sealants are a minimally invasive way to protect your teeth from decay. Both children and adults may benefit from sealants, but unfortunately, most dental insurance plans only provide sealant coverage for children.
No dental insurance? No problem! Our in-house dental savings membership program makes comprehensive dental care more affordable than ever. Enrollment is easy, coverage begins the day you sign up and lasts for 12 months. Membership dues are to be paid in full on the day of enrollment. No cancellations or refunds.

Mardis Family Dental continues to be the most competent and thorough practice I've ever experienced in my 71 yrs! They are welcoming at the front desk, the hygienist, is gentle yet thorough in technique and observant in noticing anything unusual.
Dr. Mardis is complete in his exam and stays up to date on techniques..being able to have a crown or root canal procedure done in the office and completed in one visit is excellent!

My 6 year old son had his very first dentist appointment here today and it went amazing! He broke a tooth and was in bad pain crying all day I googled pediatric dentists near me and almost went to a different office but I’m so thankful I choose this one! I called in a panic thinking they were going to just set me up a exam at a later time but the first thing the woman on the phone said to me was “we don’t want him to stay in pain can you bring him in now?” It was 5:30 and they closed at 7 and they took us in at 6 when we got there my son was so scared he threw up I thought the appointment
