After injuring my S.I. joint and experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back, I went to a chiropractor, but it wasn't what I needed for this particular issue. The pain continued for months. I couldn't get any relief. I was then referred to Kenneth Noble. Having never been to an acupuncturist before, I was unsure of what to expect. After my second visit, I noticed a reduction in my pain. After the third visit, my pain had dramatically decreased. It's only gotten better since. If you're on the fence, I recommend you give it a try. It's painless (actually very relaxing) and it worked for me.

I’d never tried acupuncture before, but I had been having a lot of TMJ problems and was looking for alternative solutions. I found Dr. Nobles practice on Google, and it had good reviews so I thought I’d try it out, and I’m happy I did! Dr. Noble and his staff are very welcoming and kind, and the office is clean and comfortable. They have been very nice about working out payment options with me as I navigate my new insurance. They are all around great people, and after only a month’s worth of visits there has been a huge difference in my jaw pain and alignment! Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Kenneth Noble for about 8 months. I strongly believe in Acupuncture and was delighted to have been referred to Dr. Noble. First and foremost, I went to him because I had limited mobility in my right arm at the shoulder. Medical Doctors were talking about the strong possibility of surgery, and I would have none of it. I could barely raise my arm 4 inches at the elbow. Dr. Noble believed he could help me. Today I can raise my hand above my head and my flexibility has increased 10 fold. I had some severe unexplained back problems at the beginning of the summer. I did back braces and pt but my pain lingered and came back in full force. It wasn’t until I started acupuncture and stretches that my pain FINALLY went away. I know it’s not for everyone but The folks at Noble wellness are amazing and so kinda. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comforting. 10/10 would recommend

The most kind and genuine people. I’m so sad to have to leave - I’m in the middle of moving and don’t have insurance which is so unfortunate. I wish I could tough out the commute to stay with Ken & Reina. I was so relaxed every time I came here for treatment, I fell asleep every single time. Within the 4 weeks I only had one negative thing happen and it was probably a simple communication issue. I was asked to try a supplement and was never told the price until I was already charged for it. Thank goodness it was only $13 or I’d be a little more upset. Like I said, it sounded like a communication

I was scheduled for shoulder replacement surgery in January 2021. I did not want the surgery. I talked to my sister who had seen an acupuncturist for her fibromyalgia and she got great results. Based on that, I searched for a local acupuncturist in Tacoma. I asked my chiropractor who he might recommend and he immediately said Dr. Kenneth Noble. Ten weeks ago, I walked into Dr. Noble's office unable to lift my left arm from the side, no more than a couple inches. Today I can raise my arm above my head. I got immediate relief and it has only gotten better over time. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Noble.

Kenneth is incredibly kind and welcoming, as well as staff. He is very proficient and knowledgeable in what you need. I held a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, not realizing how much the stress of my job was taking a toll. Every session would leave me much more relaxed, and alleviate pressure that was making movement in my shoulders and back so difficult. I am able to move so much better now, less headaches, my body feels great! He has a passion for helping those working in the medical field who give so much for others. I felt this was very admirable!

I had a stroke a year or so ago and had tremendous pain in my neck, legs, wrist, as well as vertigo (dizziness) and could hardly stand it. i was referred by another senior or said that this center helped. i was always afraid of needles, but theexperience was not painful at all. i was placed on a bed with nice music in the background, and the procedure was performed. it took a couple treatments as well as some chinese herbs, to do the trick. now i am able to get on the bus and visit my newniece who just had a baby. i wish insurance covered this, but to get rid of pain, and when someone really cares
