Dr. Thomas R. Synek, MD is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Synek has been practicing medicine after earning his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical School-Houston in 2002. Upon completing his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Texas-Southwestern in Dallas, TX he launched his career in private practice.

Dr Synek is great. He has a very empathetic bedside manner and has helped me manage my chronic pain for years. He cares about his patients and always comes up with new ideas and different treatments for pain management. I value his care and the entire office staff. They are all so nice and easy to work with

Dr. Synek is great, and you should totally go see him. But I have to give credit to the women up there who keep things running!
I had a virtual appointment... Amanda checked me before my visit. She is so kind and genuine, super helpful. Vanessa is always so sweet and incredibly patient with me when scheduling appointments and procedures. And Teresa is a total rock star and makes the whole experience easier. Pain sucks, but she takes the stress and worry out of everything.

Dr Synek is a very caring and wonderful doctor. He literally saved my life!!! He recognized my symptoms and made me go immediately to the ER. I was diagnosed that night with pancreatic cancer. My symptoms were not even related to my reason for being at Dr Synek’s. Had he not sent me to the ER, my outcome could have been very different.

I've been going to Dr. Synec's office for a few years. Him and Dr. Teresa are the best. During the pandemic we did video calls. Me and Dr Teresa talked for 30 plus mins, as well as Dr.Synec. What I'm getting at is its like family. They know who I am remembers my sons name. But the best part is the pain management. I've been almost pain free free for almost an entire year. We had to work out all the medications but once we did it worked. I use to not be able to lift my arm up over my head now not a problem.
