We employ the most current strategies for pain management in a modern and spacious facility. I've been seeing Dr Filley and Dr Reyna for about a decade or so and have no plans to stop. I cannot imagine what my life would be like if I had not found them. I was injured severely in an Industrial Accident in 2006. I have been seeing Dr. Filley and Reyna close to ten years. If not for their treatment, I would not be walking or enjoying the pleasures of a normal lifestyle.

DISC is a procedural-based practice that offers a welcoming and compassionate environment with state-of-the-art methods and treatment techniques. Procedures used to alleviate pain include facet, sacroiliac and peripheral joint injections; selective nerve root and epidural nerve blocks; spinal cord stimulators; manipulation under anesthesia; endoscopic laser disc disc decompression; and radiofrequency neurotomy.
Over 31 million Americans complain of back pain(1). Defined as pain in the back that limits usual activities or changes your daily routine, back pain may also produce pain that radiates down the leg(2). Triggers for back pain include injury, trauma, episodic overuse, and pregnancy. Sometimes, there are actual structural issues that result in back pain such as a herniated disc or osteoporosis.
The spine is made of a column of bones called vertebrae, and extends from the base of the skull to the pelvis. The vertebrae protect the spinal cord, which runs within the vertebral column and sends out nerve roots between the vertebrae. Between the bony bodies of each vertebra is a gelatinous ring of tissue, called a disc.
Many people with neck and back pain find relief from a minimally invasive procedure called an epidural steroid injection (ESI). An ESI administers corticosteroid medication and a local anesthetic to the area within the epidural space near irritated nerves. The epidural space surrounds the protective covering of the spinal cord and protects it from the vertebral bones.
Like an epidural steroid injection, a facet joint injection administers corticosteroid and anesthetic to the vertebral facet joints. The joints at the back of the spine where the vertebral bones meet are called facet joints. The spine possesses many of these joints, providing the spine with flexibility in all planes of movement.

Dr Filley and Dr Reyna are caring, thorough, and responsive. Every time. And follow all current COVID protections.
His staff are kind, courteous, and responsive as well.
They have worked with my broken old body and helped me find relief time and time again. And I appreciate them tremendously.
I cannot imagine seeing anyone else.

When I arrived, the staff was ready for me. They looked at my MRI and explained my condition to me. They then explained the treatment planned. All discussions were well understood by me. The treatment was essentially painless. Since then I have had a lot of relief from the back pain I experienced before the treatment.
