Absolutely, however they are not required. Reservations will be made priority for pick up and we will do our best to accommodate your time. If your dog is very friendly we will welcome him/her onboard, however when you call for pickup our captains will need to make sure that all customers on the boat are alright with this as well and no allergies.
The Destin Water Taxi operates throughout much of the year with our peak season from March to October. You will see us on the water 7 days a week weather dependent. For Groups consisting of 8 people and more, as a courtesy please give us plenty of heads up & to ensure a seat on the boat at your desired time.
If you visit Destin this is a must do on the harbor. It is a great way to get from one end of the harbor to the other. From the boat you'll be able to enjoy views of the Destin harbor and if you're lucky the sunset. The Water Taxi is always quick to arrive and great for a safe ride home! I always use this service in the summer with friends!

The water taxis are an absolute Lifesaver for those who do not want to walk and for those who like to float around on water luckily the taxi could pick us up right at our doorstep basically we fortunately had a… awesome boat captain by the name of TAYLOR and he was awesome very informative had plenty of answers to our questions very punctual and on time to the best of his abilities when we come back hopefully he still works there because TAYLOR is my man!!!!!!!!!!

Best way to get around Destin! I wish I caught the driver's name (it was a young man and I know it wasn't Patrick since he said Patrick would be the driver tomorrow). But we took an amazing sunset cruise on the way to our destination and a quiet drive exploring the harbor learning a lot about Destin on the way back at night. It was unexpectedly one of my favorite parts of vacation. Would take this taxi again any day of the week. They're so accommodating, reasonable, and knowledgeable.

Patrick and his first mate, Bella, from Destin Water Taxi were awesome!! Patrick was very prompt and personable. It was my first time in Destin and he made sure I had a memorable time for the few days I was there. Destin Water Taxi is a fantastic way to get around Destin Harbor! You will see the beautiful shoreline, view the waterfront restaurants, shops gorgeous homes, hotels etc. Plus Capt. Patrick can give you some insight on where a few celebrities live. Patrick also gave us the best view possible of the fireworks display held each Thursday night!!

This was our first time. we missed the last shuttle to the island which was literally across from our hotel. With the grace of luck a water taxi drove right pass us. We were able to flag him down. He said 14 bucks. F***yea. Happiness was an understatement. 3:45 pm was the time he picked us up. MIND YOU. WE TIP F****** good with everybody. He told us last called was 11:30 pm. 11 F****** 30 PM. We had a great time swimming, chilling, drannnkin'. It started to get dark, it started raining. Lighting and thunderstorm. Okay, it's time to go. We called, and called and called and called.

These people have no concept of time. Waited 50 minutes for him to pick us up. We could have walked back to the condo by that time. He was so aggravated with me saying something about it that he motored past our condo and dropped other people off before us, then made another stop to pick people up before he back tracked to drop us off. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! Rude and unprofessional.

We purchased a round trip with the taxi company. The first trip was great but the return trip was with different person. We were given a token to turn in for our return, so the taxi driver knew we already paid. We were rudely treated, as if we counterfeited the token. Once verified with the other driver via phone, it was dropped. I don't appreciate being treated criminally nor the rude treatment.

We used them last year to shuttle back and forth from Holiday Isle to Harborwalk. This year we waited thirty minutes for pickup (last year it was around five minutes every time) and told the driver we would be needing a pickup later for the return trip. They never answered our calls and texts, and left us stranded (around 9 pm). We had to Uber home. Super disappointing and will NOT be depending on them for a ride again.
