I've used quicky taxi for rides to and from VPS multiple times in the last year. In the beginning he was always on time or early and drove safe and responsibly. However the last three times that I have booked service I have had tocall multiple times to see if my ride is confirmed. On top of that the last three bookings I had with Quicky Taxi were late or did not show up on time. I even got a call hours later that he would give me a discount on my next booking..... after almost missing my flight. He's a nice guy, but recently he drives like Maniac, and is always late. The only upside was that Quickie was quick to respond to our texts and agreed to pick us up when our flight was delayed by 4+ hours. Our driver fell asleep at the wheel on both of our shuttles, away from the airport at 1am and to the airport at 12pm. We would not recommend booking.

TERRIBLE company…DO NOT USE! Especially if you need reliable transportation to the airport. A complete NO SHOW without even a courtesy phone call. I booked this online as directed 5 days prior. Of course my card was immediately charged (at twice the rate of typical taxi service to VPS). The morning of expected service (4 AM) after NOT answering their phone after 5 attempts, when it was apparent they weren’t coming, and texting them how I was going to leave this unfavorable review on their disgusting service, did I miraculously get a call saying they’d refund my card (we’ll see…). Did an online booking for a ride to the airport for a close friend for a 6:00 am flight with a pickup time of 4:15 am. They called her immediately to confirm and ask if they could come at 4:00 am instead and it was agreed to. Quickie was a complete no-show and the person for whom I booked the ride had to wake up her aunt to drive her to the airport and she barely made the flight. Luckily, she had that option or else should would have missed it. Quickie didn’t even provide the courtesy of a phone call. After she had boarded the plane she received a text message apologizing for not showing up.

The driver fell asleep going 70 on the bridge out. We had to scream at him and hit his seat for him to wake up. He slammed on the breaks, squealed the tires and turned sideways. We thought we were going to slam into the truck in front of us that was at a complete stop. I don’t know how we didn’t but thankfully we were ok. Still charged us $70 that was pre paid. Scariest moment of my life.

We had the hardest time finding a cab while we were staying Oskaloosa Island. Every taxi service we called was either disconnected or just not answering. Came across Quickie Taxi and they were perfect! We had to reserve on-line and pay for our ride at the time of reservation. The company confirmed our reservation each time we booked. The driver showed up on time if not early, as well as we received a text when the driver was close to arrival. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was very polite. If you are in need of a taxi service that is affordable use Quickie Taxi.

Scheduled time for pick up and driver was late. I called several times and driver didn't answer phone. He called back 3 minutes later with no reason for delay. By the time the driver called me back i had already reached out to another taxi service. I had to get to the airport to get home for the holidays. Quickie Taxi called me back again this evening to apologize for the missing the pickup. I appreciate the driver taking responsibility and I give them credit for that.

My husband reserved Quickie Taxi for an airport shuttle 2 days in advance. The day BEFORE the scheduled pick up, the driver called at the time scheduled for THE NEXT DAY (6:00 AM) angry & waking us up. When my sleepy husband explained it was scheduled for a the NEXT day, he apologized & assured him he would be there as scheduled......On the morning of, my husband texted him twice, called and got an answering machine and ultimately did NOT get picked up. Scrambling to get another taxi at that hour, my husband made it to the airport 30 minutes before take off!!! The driver did call him

We needed a taxi at 4:00 am on the 29th of June. Andy sent a text when he was 10 minutes be fore arrival. He arrived 10 minutes early and got us to the terminal promptly . 5 star service for sure.
