Innovative Theatres Inc. began in 2005 as an exclusive boutique home theater design firm in West Hollywood, Ca. Within a few years, we saw rapid growth and contracted five projects in four states and three in Asia. After expanding our facility and bringing aboard key qualified artisans, we completed the projects on time.
We engaged Innovative Theatres during our home design phase so they could interact with our architect from the start. This worked perfectly and was highly advantageous for both design teams. Then Innovative took it from there. They fabricated the theater interior and designed and installed all the technology within their company successfully.
The owner's vision was to create an elegant 'Deco' environment, rich in exotic vintage materials but devoid of the stereotypical design excesses common to other 'Art Deco' cinemas. Cinema La Cresta was designed and constructed with rich, layered wood custom stainless steel doors and hand-cast chevrons laced with fiberoptic lighting.
