A typical surround sound system in one of our home cinemas is produced by the world-class Meridian 861 5.1 audio processor and a host of sources including the Denon 5910 DVD player, Toshiba HD-XA2 HD DVD player, Hughes HR 10-250 TIVO, and house Video Request system, though there's nothing 'typical' about it.

Horrible. The owner of the company, Brad, is extremely rude and unprofessional based on my experience.
I called after doing some research because my Control4 system has been having issues and my current programmer is not as knowledgeable as I'd like. When Brad answered the phone, I asked him what his company charges for programming per hour. His response? "If you have to ask, you cannot afford us." I was caught off guard by that response and asked "Shouldn't I be asking these questions as a consumer?" And Brad responded, "No. You should be asking about our scope of work, not our prices.
