I would give 10 stars if Yelp would let me! Michael is incredibly knowledgeable about all the latest in the audio and visual tech world. We originally called Galaxy Home Theater to problem-solve a difficult problem in our house which entailed pre-existing built-in ceiling speakers throughout the house that would not connect to an Amp. We could never figure out if the wires were disconnected somewhere in the wall or if there was a short? We've tried several ways of figuring this out over the past 2 years and we were concerned we'd have to either start from scratch or break walls. Michael

As a bit of an audio/video novice, I originally intended to have a projector and screen installed in our studio space. I consulted with a few people before moving forward with Michael and I'm so glad I did! Michael walked me through all of my options available and I learned that the space was a bit small to get the most out of a screen and projector, so we landed on the Samsung Frame along with a Sonos Arc. Had services done previously and just recent as I am very disappointed of the price gouging (200%) for the same services rendered. Michael talks too much. Btw, he brought an entourage comprising of his parents and an additional worker. When I asked why the rates went up, he claimed that his additional worker had to be paid as well. WHAAAAT??!! So much for my bizz.

I wanted to upgrade my TVs from Plasma to LED TVs. Went to Best Buys to look at the TVs & I talked to there Magnolia/ Geek Squad to possibly to do the installation after a few minutes with them I know I was wasting my time & had to call Michael to do installation & the Universal Remote too. When I spoke with Michael he knew exactly what I needed, he made his recommendation & I LOVE everything he did. This is my second time using Michael & Galaxy Home I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! I'm updating a great review I left on my home theater install because years later, michael goes above and beyond the call of duty. Every time I have sn issue, I text and he gets right back to me!!!! And solves the issue easily over the phone. This guy is great at what he does, a pleasure, and stands by his work. So amazing.

Michael was very accommodating and communicative. He addressed all my needs and asked all the appropriate questions. I needed my TV mounted in my apartment and him and his family came and got it done extremely quickly. I'm impressed by his thoroughness and the fact that he made sure we were on the same page the entire time.
It was perfect. he had all the hardware needed a tv mount, several HDMI cables and molding to hide the wires. He even took extra effort to make sure I had the right HDMI cables for my PS5.

This morning I turned my tv on and I saw some
Streaks and lines through it. I decided to get on Yelp and find a TV repair company who could come out and fix my tv. I was calling around, and I stumbled upon Galaxy Home theaters. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Michael. Michael advised me that he was not a tv repairman but he did refer me to two different tv repair companies and provided me with their numbers. He also advised me to unplug the tv and reset it and see if that works. I did what Michael had advised me to do and to my surprise, the streaks on the TV we're gone!!! Thanks to

If you care about your home theatre setup, Michael is the person for you! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about getting every detail exactly the way you want it.
I had a very tough job for him - a TV mount on a fireplace with tile, brick, and cement all around it. He and his mom worked extremely hard and got the job done right. Excellent work in every way. Plus he's very nice and fun to talk to.

Michael did a great job wall mounting my new 65" Sony OLED television. I also wanted the cables to be concealed in the wall. The finished job looked great. He also connected my Sonos Arc soundbar, PS5 and Blu-ray player and went through the settings to properly configure them for use. I highly recommend Galaxy Home Theaters.

We could not have made a wiser decision going with Mike Abounassar at Galaxy Home Theatres to install our in-ceiling Klipsch satellite speakers and Sonos amp!
We had an existing system that he seamlessly integrated into with no issue. He ran all the wires through our attic which made for a gorgeous, clean install with no visible cables and no compromise in quality whatsoever.

Exceptional service!!! Michael and his team are extremely professional and sharp! If I could give them star I would. I requested a quote Friday night, got a text message within 5 minutes. We spoke briefly and I felt comfortable with Michael and we scheduled the service for Saturday. He showed up on time, made sure I'm satisfied, and went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Not to mention he services A-list celebrities.... well I guess I'm a winner.
