Fitness In Training
Tony founded Fitness In Training in 2002 and has since guided hundreds of people on their way to improved health and wellness, regardless of their age or fitness level. In 2020, Tony updated his FIT program options as a result of pandemic concerns and now brings personal training to his clients by offering live in person on-site training locally and live online training nationwide via Zoom, Meet, or Teams.

Tony coached High School Cross Country and Track for twenty five seasons and has completed eighteen marathons (all Boston Qualifiers) including running the Boston Marathon in 1996, 2004 and 2008. Tony has recorded a State Record and dozens of Kansas Road Racing Honor Roll qualifiers at a variety of distances and age group categories.

Our personal trainer made the switch to online training during the pandemic and I'm able to do my sessions from our basement. I started seeing him just to keep myself moving and strong as I deal with aches and pains associated with my psoriatic arthritis. Whether you want to bulk up, run a marathon or just stay active, he is great to work with, and doing the sessions from home gets you up a moving! He'll work with you and the equipment you have available. I recommend him for whatever fitness stage you are in.

I've enjoyed working with Tony for close to a year. He knows his stuff. I've had some knee issues and he's been able to keep me exercising while working around the issues. We have numerous workout routines and he's always changing it up to keep it interesting and to push me to the next level.

I have been a client of Tony’s for over 5 yers. He is knowledgeable and sets up routines within your capacity and then gradually increases weights and elements of exercise.to get you more fit. With Covid he converted many of us to home workouts which produce more sweat than the gym workout. I unconditionally recommend him.i am 80 and in the best shape I have been in the last 20 years.

I thought the pandemic was going to be the end of my personal training experience, but Tony soon contacted me with the great news that he would be offering online training. What a good break I thought and roped my husband to do couples training! Tony guides each of us to work out at the level we feel most appropriate, not too easy and just challenging enough to feel a great sense of accomplishment when we are done!
