Brought my Buick Enclave to Ervine’s for rear AC issues and to replace a rear control arm. Not only were the front office employees extremely friendly, but the mechanics were quick to return my calls and keep me updated on the progress. After I picked my vehicle up, I noticed some marks on the rear bumper that were not there before. Without hesitation, Ervine’s replaced the chrome piece free of charge. I will be taking my vehicle here for any future work that I may need. 5 ⭐️ company!!!

Stopped in to have a headlight put in and asked if they could check over my Van before I go on a trip. Jamie said they could do it right then and during that inspection discovered I needed rear brakes I love that they respect my time and repaired it immediately so I didn't have to come back another time. You can always trust Jamie and Eric and their workers to do what is best for you. And the credit voucher they give you at the beginning of the year based on how much you paid them last year, is a sweet treat. You guys rock!

Great customer service and excellent communication. Their system of emailing the estimate details and following up with a phone call and personal explanation made me feel not only feel valued as a customer but it also made the it clear about the work I was having done. Having a loaner car while they worked on my Prius was also fantastic.

I work a lot and am on-call 24/7 several days at a time. So I needed a place that could have a loaner car for me when I dropped off my car for repair. After doing a google search and some Facebook recommendations, I came across Ervine's. The website has a place to request a loaner car and 2 choices of days you would like. I automatically assumed I… wouldn't hear anything back until Monday (I did this on a Sunday evening) But to my surprise, I got a response an hour later saying Monday morning would be just fine. Wow!
