In a matter of hours, they solved our car’s issue. We are grateful for the advice Mr. Daniel gave us related to what was most urgent for the repairs of the different issues our car had. Then asked me to just “give him the car “ and I wouldn’t have to pay for the job I never asked him to do ! Worst Experience Ever ..

Had the pleasure of visiting Wrights Car Care when my Jeep was having electrical issues. Keith and David hooked me up, they fixed my jeep same day and they were very professional. Fair pricing and provided me with piece of mind leaving my car with them. 10/10 would highly recommend! Also, the shop is very clean and a lot nicer looking than previous shops I’ve visited in the past.

My experience at Wright's Car Care was exceptional! David and his staff were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very considerate! Their shop was super clean and extremely well organized which really said a lot to me! But most importantly they added a real human touch of caring about me and my car. My vehicle had a blown head gasket and other potential problems and it was a real blessing to have them on the job! I can't say enough about this great team! They have my highest recommendation!

These reviews are misleading. I had a really bad experience. I ended up overpaying for work that was already done and the mechanic was very argumentative.
The owner does not like when you question his work. Ask a few questions about why he decided to do a repair or why he settled on a certain solution and he will get very defensive.
Basically, the mechanic suggested I redo work I had done at the Audi dealer about 15k miles ago (replaced spark plugs and ignition coils). When I told him it was recently done, he wouldn't believe me. He told me unless I produced a receipt he would "

I have used Wrights Car Care for several of my vehicles for a variety of different issues. I always feel that David is a very knowledgeable mechanic and I trust that he knows what he is doing. In fact there was one scenario that I had an issue with my brakes that I had another shop repair. I had to return to the other shop 3 times because the vehicle continued to warp the rotors after a few months of driving. I took it to David and he fixed it right the first time and I never needed to take it back again for that issue. They are not the cheapest place in town but I always feel the price is

I went to Wright's Car Care because of the positive reviews that I read about this place. Like the many other reviewers, I had a pleasant experience; so why did I give this place 3-stars instead of 5?!? Here's why:
I took my 2008 GMC Yukon Denali into Wright's recently for an overall inspection because I had just bought it (about 2 months ago) and wanted to ensure that there were no major issues. I went there because I needed to get some work done on my brakes. Getting work done on my car stresses me out because I feel like some businesses take advantage of women. When I got there I was greeted by the owner who asked if I was leaving the car. I told him no. I asked him how much it would cost to get my brakes fix he said he didn't know and he was pretty busy and it would be awhile before he could look at it. I was prepared to wait. He then said are you going to get it fix because I'm not going to waste my time giving you and estimate giving you an estimate if you aren't getting

I called around and asked friends for a reliable car service company and they recommended this place. I spoke to David and he really impressed me as wanting to do right by the vehicle owner and showed me what was making the various smells on mom's car. He is a sincere fellow and sadly any prior review was from someone trying to sell him web services and not actually wanting their car serviced. I feel quite confident that the quotes are fair and that my mom is in good hands. Thank you David.

So far I disagree with the other review, substantially. A few weeks ago, my SUV (2002) died. I checked for nearby mechanics and found Wrights. I called them and they had my SUV towed to their shop that night. They worked on it over the weekend and fixed the problem for what I consider a reasonable cost. Two days later my SUV experienced a short in the component they worked on and these guys towed it in and fixed that free of charge because they said they should have caught it. That is customer service. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
