First thing I want to use the Bathroom and close the door there was women underwear behind the door and wrappers. I go to the front desk first thing misty tells me is who was that other person in the room. Which was my friend who came to drop something off. She kept accusing me with person dropping something off. She was checking the cameras. All I asked was for a clean room not even my money back just a clean room. I will never stay here again.

I booked a reservation online. The employees at the front desk were polite enough. The place had a pool, elevator, wifi, and free parking and a clean bed. A 15 minute walk to the pier and beach. Location was great.
My spouse went back down within 10 minutes to let them know we had our service dogs with us. We realized we forgot to mention that when checking in, so we went back down. But they charged us a dog deposit, without even confirming with us first if they were pets or service animals. If you like constant noise, from the cars on PCH and the other guests, then this is the hotel for you. We had a room that was on the street side of PCH, so there was constant traffic noise. Unfortunately, we could not change rooms. The worst part of our stay was the noise from the other guests. Our first night, they were partying until 2:00 in the morning. The next night, young kids, 3-6 year olds, were running the hallways at midnight. My husband finally stepped out and asked the adults to put the kids to bed. He then called the office to make a noise complaint. This should have never happened

As a veteran of the armed forces and a frequent traveler, I am constantly staying in hotels across the country and living out of a suitcase. I have stayed in 25+ different hotels across LA County. Due to the size and nature of Los Angeles, it is often difficult to find a hotel at the last minute which has led me to staying in some of the worst-rated hotels in the entire county. This place is shady. They don't allow smoking of any kind which is what it should be. But yet they cover the smoke alarms to prevent them from going off. We left in the middle of the night to check into another hotel because it was that bad. Management didn't care about our problems. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!

The bath tub had black mold growing in it, and there was a literal hair ball under the pillow. The sheets had a stain on them; and there were ants. The lady that checked me in charged my credit card $100 and $6 without letting me know there would be any charges put onto my card... I was also asked to get my husbands ID and credit card, when I asked why would she need it, when it (the reservation) was prepaid. She swore that the money would be released back to me by the next day, but it wasn't. Oh... also there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash... (thankfully I always bring my own!)

The room was run down with out dated furniture and wore out towels. Be aware of the shady people walking around the place. The worse was finding a used needle and a Xanax on the closet shelf. The management only offered another room. I was denied any discount. I was also charged $12 for parking! I will never stay there again and not recommend to family and friends!

We were so excited to come to this inn, but we were so devastated by the lack of customer service and how horrible our room was. The refrigerator was leaking, the safety lock broke, the microwave started smoking within seconds of use, the shower is gross, and we ran out of shampoo and body wash, in which all they have is dispensers, so we had to go to the front desk and change it ourselves because they could not be bothered to refill it. I am truly saddened by this place and i expect nobody will go here. I would rather roam the streets homeless than stay another night in here

Disgusting, dirty carpets and stains on the bed, started to itch on arms and legs when laying down, I never itched like that before at other hotels. Looked for signs of bed bugs on the seams and found their decal matter meaning they are living somewhere on the bed, I told the lady and man their I wanted to check out with my money back, no and they didn't even want to change my room, horrible customer service. I am so sad I even have to give this place a star. It is by far the MOST disgusting hotel I have ever been inside. I can't even believe a place like this is allowed to stay in business. Here are just a few of the many things that were wrong with my "stay" (literally checked in and checked right out).
1. The toilet overflowed after one use
2. The balcony to get to the rooms were extremely unsturdy.
3. Our room was absolutely disgusting and so was the entire property (see attached photos) I took 72 total photos, but I'm only sending some.
And the kicker- the slum lord

I booked this place through Hotel Tonight and was assured despite the poor Yelp reviews that the hotel did not have bed bugs. Even when I checked in I asked if they were aware of their reviews and the clerk said, "This place has changed a lot."
Unfortunately, it hasn't changed since the last report of bed bugs (~1 month ago) because my family and I left at 4 am due to me being bitten all over my core and legs and I even caught a bed bug and brought it to the front desk at 2:30 am. And to add to that, I was waiting with 3 other people needing access to their rooms since their room

I would have liked to give this place ZERO stars but Yelp will not allow for that, so this nasty place gets a star by default. My husband and I booked a 3 night stay and left after the first night. They put us in a room with carpet when I had requested hardwood floor. That was an easy fix but the room (Rm. 219) was disgusting and in absolute disrepair. There was a hole in the wall underneath the TV with wires and insulation exposed, a dead roach behind the toilet, the room reeked of smoke (supposed to be 100% smoke free
