I'm going to give this review 2 stars only because it's updated and that's all. other than this place needs a few adjustments around here. who ever the maids are the need to really do their job right. the floors need to be cleaned because they look dusty. the desk and chair a dirty. The bed sheets need to be washed really good. Oh and another thing. I just seen a roach crawling up the wall. Thank God I brought my cleaning supplies. I Advise you whoever is looking for a hotel to stay in carson, do not stay here! you're better off at the Double Tree Hilton in Carson.

It is pricey I do not like the Idea of not getting My 100 dollar deposit back the room was clean and I can tell that they have recently renovated the room besides that don't lie to Me about giving Me My deposit back when you never intended to I did not plan on spending 203 dollar on your hotel it not worth that for a night it was not by the beach it had no pool I had no one extra over, it was no brothel it had no drinking lounge were I could have possibly hook up with any one its not near a major club.

This motel got 3 stars because the on-site staff was helpful with all the issues we experienced while staying there for 4 nights. We ended up staying here due to work being done on our pipes at our house. The 1st day there, the shower head doesn't work properly, no water pressure & no non-slip safety strips in the tub. My father ended up slipping & falling because they also did NOT have any safety handles/bars. So, they moved us next door. On the 2nd evening, in the new room, the toilet didn't flush properly. Wouldn't stay here ever again.
Not clean. I was scared to lay on bed. I found other people's hair on the sheets and yellow stains on the pillow cases. Yuck!!!
The toilet paper wasn't new so I didn't want to use it.
Heater is super loud.
I needed a place for the night (Saturday) and spent $130 to stay in this hell hole.... NEVER AGAIN.... STAY AWAY unless you are desperate for mediocre living. You've been warned.

Beware! If you book through a booking site, this place will dump your booking in a heartbeat and not tell the booking site and claim "communication issues." Our credit card had a fraud alert issued on it and instead of calling us (or the booking site) to let us know and give us a chance to rerun the card, they just deleted our reservation.

Where do I begin me & my family stood here at the Cali Inn on Carson for one night I had to take my husband to the emergency he got bed bug bites and got an allergic reaction this place was old & worn it wasn't right people running the place had no concerns whatsoever their appearance was like the motels appearance I am forewarning anyone who stays their good luck good night don't let the bed bugs bite

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. You know it's bad when the front desk yells at you through the phone and then tries to act like he's a different person when you call back.
On February 12, 2016, my family from Vegas was coming into town and needed a place to stay. We called in a week before and asked for 1 room - two queen beds and they said it was available for the weekend.
Fast forward to the day, my family was coming in later than expected due to traffic. I called in and asked if I could just give them the credit card number and information

The room we stayed in was clean. Most of the management was willing to answer any questions we had about the establishment or help out with any problems we might of had. The TVs were nice, and the air conditioner kept my wife and I cool. The only problem was the bathroom: While it appeared* clean, there was an inescapable stench of armpit that lingered even AFTER we lit a match, fired a cigarette, and sprayed air freshener in there! We had to plug our nostrils every time we used it.

If there's an option for 0-star I would pick that. WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED! I had an emergency that I had to sleep at a hotel and I found this hotel. I'm so tired and ready to rest and sleep. First there's a lamp with bulb, 2nd there's a tub that's not even working and a lot of dust! Everything is old! Air condition stopped and didn't work. It's freakin hot! Television suddenly turned off. I talked to the manager they didn't do anything even a refund or comp. nothing at all. Bad service! Dirty hotel! Never coming back never will recommend!
