For me to write a review is not common, but i feel in order for you to save time that you should go elsewhere. I made an original appointment and my renter waited and waited with no contact from Rich. He got tied up at a job (get used to hearing that). Made a second appointment and again "he got tied up at a job"...talked to him and explained i do service work also and that i understand. So we made another appointment and guess what..Rich was a no show again..no call..no text no nothing. It is a one man operation and not a company of employees, but honestly that is quite ridiculous. He has no scheduling

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I just moved into a home where the AC was supposedly just maintenanced by Rich, however a week later it’s not working. I called to ask for information about the services provided assuming there would be records of the visit and potentially set up another service appointment. Rich was incredibly unhelpful and at the end of a frustrating call, the only information I got was that it was maintenanced maybe and that he doesn’t have time for more services (which at this point I no longer wanted). I will never do business here, no quality of work
