Orion Pain was created to be a higher quality medical practice while keeping patients' costs low. This is difficult to do in today's medical world, where volume is the only way to keep a practice afloat. I've seen pain management practices give extremely high doses of opioids to patients, and then discharge those same patients from the practice when new laws and guidelines were introduced.
Not all patients are suffering in the same way - this is why we take an individual approach with each and every patient. Diagnosis is the key, and honestly, it is the most difficult part of the job. We use advanced diagnostic tools such as MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and nerve conduction tests.

Dr. Davenport and his medical assistant Gabby have provided me more than pain control. He has taken the time to truly assess my symptoms, ordered testing, and referred me to appropriate doctors. Dr. Davenport truly cares about your well-being and health. He takes the time to listen and hear you. Never once did I fee he "hurried" me out of the office. Whenever I needed help or had a question, Dr. Davenport and Gabby immediately responded and followed-through.

I started seeing Doc Davenport early in 2020. I came to him with severe pain in my low back due to herniated disks, scoliosis, torn labrum, tennis elbow & bursa issues. Mind you I’ve been treating this pain since 2014. Yes that’s a lot. When I started with Doc I was hopeful yet skeptical. I did some PRP & a few cortisone shots with Doc that I feel has helped me more than all the treatments prior. He is one smart Doctor & he truly listens to find out how to best treat you. His bedside manner is incredible as well!!
