UPDATE: after adding in my review that we have been unable to obtain our pets records in five months of trying… I got an ANGRY and accusatory call from the clinic manager, Amy. She said “how dare you leave such a review when you’ve NEVER requested their records once! I CALLED your new vets office and spoke with the vet and her receptionist and they say they’ve never requested the records for you either! Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
They were very good with us. It was our first visit there. We knew going there that our cat was very sick. They ran all their tests and let us know that we needed to lay him to rest. They showed us so much compassion. They give us all the time we wanted to spend with him. Also, the candle lighting is something very special.

Just the absolute best place to take your pet in my opinion. The ladies I've met here have all been very welcoming and loving to me and my dog Queenie. And you couldn't ask for anyone better than Dr. Tricia! She shows the kind of love for these animals that's truly one of a kind. I look forward to Queenies next visit there
