Previously, Ken worked as a corporate trainer for new business owners. I contacted Ken after my previous pool technician damaged the pump to my saltwater pool. Ken was professional, I didn't hear any negativity in regards to the damage, he was positive, and gracious to be of service. Ken was patient to provide information for the most cost effective solution to restore the pool back into use quickly. The pump was replaced with a brand new energy efficient pump, and within one month our electric bill decreased by $300. He now cleans my pool per his recommendation schedule. It is great for our community to do business locally, and specifically the Owner. He is honest
