I had to wait 1 month to get the package 1 special appointment. When I booked the appointment they confirmed the high marks from a bad ceramic coating done elsewhere would come off with this $100 package. I asked if my oil change came w/car wash
I was told yes 3 times by 2 different front counter people. #1 my car has no car wash 😒 dirty. #2 said my drip oil pan leaking. I asked let me see, girl said nothing. My oil hasn't been leaking and better not start now. Liars don't waste 4 hours of my life when you don't do car wash. I even called and complained and she did nothing. I should of went somewhere else than an expensive oil change w/no car wash. Liars

The Ladies that take appointments and talk to the customers are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I dropped my car off without an appointment
I thought there was prior work on a part that had failed. I was quoted a comped rework if that was the case. It was not, another part had failed not the one they worked on. The work and part was comped anyway! How nice was that?
Like I said very good customer service and a shop that takes care of its customers!!!
Also, parts and labor prices are comparable to the area. If they can save you money

I brought two of my vehicles to this establishment. They didn't top off any of my fluids which is part of the oil change package. I was told they would.🙄. They didn't reset my oil change reminder gauge in either of my vehicles. They didn't change the reminder sticker that they're supposed to put in the top left corner of the windshield so I don't really know when it will be time to take it for another oil change. 😑. Honestly the only reason why I gave them two stars is because with every oil change you get a free car wash. That was the only good thing out of the deal. Smh 🤦🏾♀️

Vacuums are great! Lots of suction. I paid for the $8.00 wash. It did not get all the bug guts off the front of my truck nor my windshield. So now I need to find out what to do about that. Not touchless either. Apparently, you have to use a brush & bucket yourself to try to get the bugs off before was. Not worth the price
