I’ve been going to Q for 3 years, which is over 35 times and I love her work every time. I was scared to try someone else but Q just had her baby so I tried Helen, which is new to the salon. And I must give credit when it’s due. Helen is great, gentle, no burning and my lashes are beautiful. Her work is very similar to Q work.

I had a great experience. I called the location to see if they had any openings but was told they were all booked. 30 minutes later they called me back to let me know someone canceled and an opening was available. I was impressed they called me back to let me know. When I arrived I was seen almost immediately. My lash extensions are amazing and I will definitely be returning to retouch. They now have a customer for life.

This is probably been the best lash studio I've ever visited in Houston. Despite the many staff turnovers I have supported since I was first introduced. However there has been an extreme decline in customer service over the last few months, despite the lack of using a proper scheduling system, I always try to adhere to my appointment times and give a heads up if an emergency comes up. In this case it is more than 48 hours away from my appointment and I am trying to see if I can possibly come another day in the event my virtual doctor's appointment I have ran over 4:00 p.m. I realize there

Yeah no. Does it matter which lash tech you get? Of course it does. I was there 2 hours because Amy glued my right eye lash clumped so much that she was attempting to separate them. If you've had lash extensions before you know anything over an hour is not a good sign. Are they nice and friendly kinda yes but did they acknowledge my lashes were a fail? Nope. The owner did attempt to correct but she had her own client so she didn't have time to fix my lashes that looked like they were doing a peace sign. And it's not a spa feel you literally hear lots of foreign language and customers

I went to Quyen on a Friday Saturday I had to work Sunday she was closed. I called Monday because my lashes are falling off she got an attitude and tell me I would have to pay to get them fixed and see a tech. A tech didn’t do my eyelashes she did who’s the owner. We all things happen I understand but customer service goes a long way she has no customer service I would not recommend her to anybody because if you have a problem it will not get fixed. So she stop talking to me and excepting my calls and it’s also very professional that you have to call her for an appointment no online booking

Quyen is literally a Queen! ❤️ I’ve been getting my lashes done with her for two years already. I love how professional she is. She literally does such a phenomenal job and is super sweet. My eyelash extensions typically last up to like five or six weeks. She is amazing and makes me feel and look beautiful all the time. The key to keeping your lashes beautiful and longer is to have a routine. Brush them every day and dry them after the shower or when wet with a fan or a hair blow dryer with the cold setting.

Extremely unprofessional and rude won’t fix work when it doesn’t last. Heys mad if you complain but that’s part of customer service. Lashes didn’t last for three days but you don’t get to count the Sunday that she’s closed and she wants a tech to fix you a tech is in training I didn’t pay for a tech. I would not recommend!

I am surprised by these reviews! I have come here for a year now, and have gotten serviced by both Emily and Quyen.
My experience has been nothing but the best, not only are the lashes great and last me about 3 weeks or more, I go to the gym and sauna 4 times a week.
When I walk in I’m always properly greeted by the friendly receptionist she takes my temp which makes me feel safe in the salon with this whole Covid situation. I then proceed to wait 2-3 min while they disinfect the beds for us to lay on
(VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN) they offer bathroom and water before I begin, sometimes I nap

Tech didn't separate my lashes individually before application, and now my lashes are gone. The owner defended her tech, then offered to do mine herself if I wasn't comfortable with one of her techs. I declined because if she is going to defend one of her techs for not doing something so basic as separating each lash individually, I definitely don't trust her. I've had lashes done for 3 years, I recognize proper technique when it's done correctly, and this place is not it. Beware!
