I have used CCB Technology for numerous projects over the last 5 years. We have partnered on such projects as an in depth Infrastructure Analysis, installing Active Directory in my environment, deploying Anti-virus to endpoints, and Backup As A Service, just to name a few. I want to give a shout-out to Tom Haven. I reached out to him regarding getting the Microsoft Office Suite for my personal computer at a discounted rate because I am an officer in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary. Tom answered all my questions, promptly returned calls, and was very friendly to deal with.
He went above and beyond the call of duty when the Suite I had purchased and downloaded did not give me MS Access (the whole reason I purchased the upgraded package was for the database program). He kept his cool and worked with me to find a solution, promptly returning my emails even on the weekend
