Came out to do an estimate to install an entire sprinkler system on the house I had just purchased, and turn on sprinklers at the curb at the other house adjacent. $50 charge to turn on at the curb, but wouldn't hang around long enough to ensure all zones worked. Also cashed the check for $75 without ever providing an estimate. The guy they sent out seemed pretty uninterested in the job at all, complaining that Commerce City was 'too far'. Unprofessional, do not recommend. $125 total cost for waste of time.

I called to get an estimate and schedule a blow out. They asked what cross streets I was at and then said we have no availability. I asked why they bothered asking what cross streets then and she just said “uhh we are booked out” so I said is it that you don’t service my zip code or you don’t have any appointments. And she said “uhh we just dont have appointments”. Sounded really sketchy. Their voice mail reflects being booked until the 1st and I said I would be open to anything in the future and she said “uhh no sorry we can’t”. It was really unprofessional.

Had them do some sprinkler repairs and replace sprinkler control panel. When they did the panel they set the time to water and the days to water and walked me through the wifi set up. Great run business hard to find this kinda of servie anymore all any one else whants to do is up sell.

Hawkins Brothers Lawn and Sprinkler was great to work with! I reached out to them after our other sprinkler guy kept missing prior scheduled appointments to turn our sprinkler system on. They were able to get us on their schedule fairly quickly which was good since the weather has been getting hot. I talked with Stacy and she was friendly and professional. Brent came to the house and was so helpful. He walked me through all of our zones a couple of times to ensure everything was working properly. I am beyond impressed with Hawkins Brothers Lawn and Sprinkler, Inc. When I initially reached out, they were quick to respond and to come out for a quote about our backyard. I emailed Hawkins lawn care about pricing for sprinkler winterizing and received an affordable quote and scheduling opportunity the same day. I was able to schedule for the very next week, and they actually showed up early for the appointment. The technician wore a mask in my home and did all of the maintenance—as new homeowners, we didn’t know where the controls were, but they found them and showed us. The sprinkler blowout was done in about 10 minutes, and I was able to pay my invoice online almost immediately after. I’m excited to have them back again next year!

We needed a small repair on our sprinkler system and I contacted Hawkins Brothers because someone in my neighborhood referred them. Their service was exceptional from the very beginning. They were very responsive and even let me send some pictures ahead of time to get a better estimate of our costs. Look no further. Trust me I have dealt with charlatans in the past and this company seems very legitimate. Their representative Brent came out and showed me step-by-step what I’ve been doing wrong for two years trying to get my sprinklers up and running. They blew my sprinklers out in no time. I’ m very thankful to not worry about any of my pipes bursting this winter. They even sent me a receipt via email. Trust and believe I will use them again for aeration of my lawn next spring.

Great experience with Hawkins Brothers. We recently had new sod installed and our sprinkler valve cracked. Hawkins Brothers got us on their schedule 2 days after I called, in spite of the Spring busy season. They were professional, fast and thorough. We had a new controller installed as well as replacing the broken pipe, all reasonable priced. Would definitely use and highly recommend them.
