They came on time and fixed our sprinkler valve, replaced a blown out pipe and activated our sprinkler. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable and mindful of time. They inspected and adjusted all sprinklers and then walked me through how to program the control box. They explained everything they would do and were upfront and honest with the costs, never upselling or doing more than required. The price to get us up and running was fair. Would recommend this company.

I called on QuickPro to do my sprinkler blowout. I had contacted other companies who never even got back with me. Kevin was wonderful getting the appointment setup. Tommy showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. The price was fair and the job was done right. Tommy and his helper (can't remember his name, sorry!) came by this morning to take a look at my sprinklers. I tried to turn them on and was worried there was a broken part because it was spraying water in the manifold box and making a weird clicking noise. He very quickly identified the problem and easily resolved the issue. He didn't try to oversell me on extra repairs I didn't need, was very friendly and patiently explained why the issue was happening and how easy it was to resolve. He then thoroughly checked my sprinklers and confirmed they were fully functional for the season. He was professional

I looked up Quick Pro Sprinkler Repair and called their office. I talked to Kevin and setup an appointment for 5 days later. The repair team showed early for the appointment. They did a thorough job in 90 minutes. They fixed some leaks that my dog had made by chewing the irrigation tubing. They added some new emitters. They located a pop up drain for my roof gutters run off. They even cleaned out my gutter. This drain had been clogged for 4 years. They fixed it so that it drains correctly in my lawn. They determined that the reason for a persistent leak in the front was due to a valve not shutting

This was the most unprofessional and upsetting experience I’ve ever had. The technician Tom came out to try and blow out our sprinkler system and ended up in an argument. I was upstairs and could hear this man yelling and cursing at my husband. I had to come downstairs to see what was going on. He was not careful with our system and yanking on things, etc from what my husband was watching. I’ve never witnessed service like this in my life and even the office staff are just as unprofessional after calling. Even referencing to our sprinkler system he referenced it as, “this sh** is backwards
