I lived here for a year and a half. I hated it. It's a beautiful park but the people that live there are terrible. People throw trash in your yard. I've even found a crack pipe in my yard. People let their kids do whatever they want and it's difficult to even drive through the park because they won't get out of the way. The pool area is only open during summer. Cops are ALWAYS on Elk. I've seen cops in the park quite a bit. The manager is only nice when she wants to be. She has an attitude most of the time. They took almost 2 months to give me my deposit back. They sent

I recently moved to Mirage Estates and I can’t express enough how beautiful it is to live here. Everyone is very friendly and it seems to be a very family oriented mobile home park. There is a park and pool located next to the main office, which has a common hall. All kept up and clean. All the amenities make me feel like I’m on vacation. Connie is an amazing help and manager she keeps the park safe and clean. She very good at what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

Don't buy in this place!
The homes are built very cheaply. The homes have a 1 year warranty but
They are not very good at honoring their warranty. (Leaks in a pipe inside the wall, window leaks when it rained, huge amount of movement as the home was not placed well dressers shaking when walking) The problems listed only the leaking window was corrected under the warranty and even that took 7 months.
Just not a good product!!!!

I have mixed reviews about this place. They advertise all you need to $3,000 down. When 8 called the girl told me all I needed was $3,000 a job and not to be a criminal. She said there are no gimmicks. I set up an appointment the next day and viewd a nice 2014 mobilehome. I asked her what the next step was? It was to fill out an application for the trailor park, and for the bank to loan us the money for the mobilehome. This was already not what the girl on the phone said. I decided to go ahead and leave a $500 deposit and see what the outcome was. This was on Wednesday and got a answer on monday

This place is TERRIBLE. The management does not care about you or your property. There is no security and they don't care who moves in as long as you pay. Monica and Victoria don't give a cap and would rather EAT or play Facebook games than help. Management also employed a resident to care for the park and that resident was so shady.

Management and owner are so rude. They do not care about the residents.
Office is barely open and when it is, the two women are on their cell phones.
They approve/deny based on personal reasons; even if you have good credit & income. They pick and choose what rules apply to certain residents based on if they like you or not.
It's gated but it's always broken and left open. A police officer recently told me it's 1 of the worst parks in hemet.
It has a pool but they close it sept 1st! Really??!! It's hemet..it's still hot in hemet.
