We reserved a pull thru space for a 65ft rig for one night. They emailed me the site number and called me 4 days prior to confirm the reservation. We arrived Sunday night at 6pm (after driving 8hrs to get there) and were told that the site is occupied because the people who were in it decided to stay another night. I showed them my confirmation email and he said "sites aren't guaranteed" (it says that no where in the confirmation email). He said he had some back in sites available so my husband went to look at them and it was only 24ft long. They had no site to accommodate our rig length. They

Update: Previously, I had reduced the rating by a star due to an issue with what appeared to be an accumulation of debris in the storage area. I would like to adjust my rating once more in response to the action taken by the management to clean up the lot. It turned out to be a matter that was out of their hands at the time. The place is back to looking safe and inviting.
The management here goes above and beyond to keep the place organized and running smoothly. Maintenance is always working to keep it clean and willing to lend a hand. Facilities are nicer than options in town and none of the

Won't stay here again. After paying $53 for a site, we ended up parking in their overflow area. No offer to reduce price.

Absolutely love this place! You will never find owners like Russell anywhere. He is down to earth, and cares. We have been here since June, and bless his heart we have moved a couple times trying to find the perfect spot.
Internet is not so good but pool and spa are refreshing, we totally recommend this place!!

I only been staying here for a couple weeks and I had my tweeker front neighbor banging at my door at 2 in the morning going around my trailer going crazy. I opened my door to find this crazy lady going off I immediately closed the door and call the cops. I thought this was a safe place to live with my family. Now I have to worry that this tweeker doesn't try to destroy or brake into my trailer. Now my daughters are so terrified to stay here. Never again

False advertisement and fake reviews. This place is absolutely hideous!! Lady on the phone was rude and hateful. Pulled into the park and turned right around and left. Basically this place is a trailer boneyard. People burn their titles and leave their trailers there to rot. Your entrance is encased with stored and abandoned trailers. Recommend parking in front of the local prison and staying because it’s probably safer.

Not sure where the pool is? Pretty sure they have one! So I'd definitely say pass on this one! Unless you are just looking for a place to cram your trailer! I was told maybe in the over flow! But not today because it was 5 and I guess sorry not sorry? The place wasn't at all what the pictures made it look like or the name conjure in ones mind! Its in the hills but more the hills have eyes type of hills!
I not a super rich guy but I do have a nice new trailer and truck and I'm not to interested in goingvto the local drug dealer to get what was stolen out of the back of my rig! Id pass on the place

Questionable right from the moment we arrived. Winding around thru the streets, up and down hills, to an office for check in, with no one there to do so.

One of the caretakers (very nice and wanting to help as much as he can)questioned if we had reservations. YES! He didn't know how to check us in, and seemed confused about us even showing up.

So, he guides us, without any paperwork or receipt, nothing, to a site (TIGHT) surrounded by live ins. What a DUMP, we concluded. We will NOT be using any of the facilities, nor do we feel safe even walking our dog. This is one night too long

Hiking. Gardening. Excellent staff we all love, incredible neighbors. We went to several parks. We are new RVers. We lucked out when hubby found this incredible park. Our RV is getting old and we are staying until fixed, months now. Even if we fix, we may stay. I live for traveling, but this beautiful place fulfills my future goal to walk the Pacific Crest Trail, which sections abut this canyon area. If you like quiet, family friendly drug free place, here it is!

We stayed four nights summer 2017. The park is extremely quiet and nicely landscaped. They had a small dog park and a very extensive hiking trail system behind the park that our pooch absolutely loved. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

One the first day you arrive...the office attendant accidently lowers the entrance bar - which breaks- then he charges you $250.00 but trys to make you feel better when he lowers it to $150.00 cash only.

then within 20 minutes its back up...like nothing happened...he had them made of plywood...and has control of its going up and down, and he times it to crash on your vehicle, but of course, its your fault.
what a scam...we saw this happen 3 times in 1 day... averaging about $2000. per week on cash in hand for broken gate stick...

10 thumbs down on this office.

We came to Country Hills RV Park as weekenders. We arrived on Friday afternoon, left late Sunday morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find Country Hills nicer that what the pictures on the web site had visioned. "Rustic" best describes the feel of this campground located in a canyon with wilderness areas to the south. Some of the roads are gravel and the paved roads could use some repair. Lots of mature trees interspersed amongst the camp sites.

We camped in site #67, a pull through site. We had plenty of room; we didn't feel we were on top of our neighbors. The staff

The electric billing here at this park is really shady. My bill was withheld from me for months and then later slapped in my face at to pay it all at once. Also, if you look at your meter, the spinning part, it will spin real fast at times with everything turned off and other times it comes to a stand still with lots being on. Keep your eye on anything that has to do with electric.
