Post & Pack

The Post and Pack refuses to accept prepaid labels that are already paid for which are on the USPS Priority boxes. All other shipping places like The UPS Store accepts these things.

Very friendly and efficient service. They also had for sale boxes for me to mail 5" tall insulated stainless steel beverage cups. Pricing was reasonable and worth not having to wait in line or travel too far from home for great service.

I have gone here instead of post office they are friendly and I get in and out. I feel in my heart and mind I've been a good customer and friendly. However, I purchased one book of stamps looked at my slip to enter amount in my register and saw I paid $2 more than the stamps cost anywhere else!!! I phoned and told me they add on a extra chg! Well, I felt for every $2's every time I purchase stamps could be saving since they know I am on S.S. and have no other savings of any kind. Will not go back there ever!! I'm older and dont have to wait in long line at post office but I will go to another post

Terri has always offered great customer service. I usually go for FedEx services but I'm also a notary public who at times needs Terri's notary services. Always have had quick courteous service. Thanks.

Friendliest people at Post & Pack! I used to ship elsewhere but now I only visit Post & Pack because of how nice and helpful they are. Highly recommend! they also offer lots of different services, as well as a wide variety supplies, etc..

I've been coming here for a few months since living on this side of town and will continue as long as I'm living here. I've used them for notary services, as well as printing needs almost weekly. They're always so welcoming and polite from the minute you walk in, and veteran-friendly too. Any business that appreciate its customers will always have my support.

I've been coming here for some years now and I couldn't be happier with the services they provide. I have my own small business and often have to ship larger packages both nationally and internationally and they always help me find the best price and/or quickest service. Very friendly, very helpful. They offer Fed-Ex, DHL, USPS, they send faxes, you can have prints/photocopies, they sell boxes and packing supplies, they also will pack your shipment for you for a small charge and add on some extra tape if they feel your package may need it.

I came here for a month or two as I was getting my online selling business up and running. Everytime I came in to bring them packages, they progressively got more rude. I have never felt such disrespect at a local establishment until I went there last week. I went in with a few packages to send off. The lady at the counter told me that she wasn't the mailbox and that we need to go. The proceeded by saying that they just haul it to the post office as one of their services, and that we should just haul it there ourselves. I'm disgusted with the way this local business treated me and I bet I'm not

There are more than enough postage/shipping options in the Riverview area. I appreciate the personal customer service and willingness to accommodate that Lynn and Sam offer. I'm always personally greeted when I enter the store :-) They have solved some convoluted shipping challenges with ease.
Small town service, coupled with major-league logistics options make this my only choice for shippers.
