I had a driver attempt to cut me off 3 times, 2 of them in turning lanes almost hitting me, for no reason. Then drove in the lane of OPPOSING traffic to get around me, followed me to my house and told me to go back to where I come from! I am a Buffalo native! I served in the military for 8 years which is why I have out of state plates. This driver was a danger to those on the road as well as possible customers and he should be fired! I called the company to file a complaint and will be following up tomorrow to see what will been done to prevent other drivers from driving so reckless. I will file

There have been minor problems in the past and I went back and forth between Kenmore cab and Liberty.
Liberty simply cannot get a cab out in a reasonable amount of time. I waited 2 hours and 20 min tonight for Liberty and I am 3 mi from their offices. A couple weeks ago I waited 3 hours for a cab. I have emailed their management a number of times and get canned answers. Thank god I didn't have to catch a plane tonight, Liberty would not have had me there on time.
Tonight, I finally cancelled the Liberty cab and called Kenmore Cab, who had a cab for me in 10 minutes. The driver even recognized
