Reservation was taken but time was not honored, waited ~15min with only one other client in the building and they already had a tech with them
Expectation of quality not met and quality control lacking, even after a discussion regarding the finished product
Unprofessional employees, consistent chatting and a loud discussion across the room at one point
Seats were comfortable but the angle we were placed for manicure (i.e. twisted to the side) was very uncomfortable for the amount of time it took to complete both mani/pedi
$$$ not on par with technician's experience

Came in to get a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. The nail tech left gel on my skin, under the nail and around the cuticle. When I pointed it out to her she told me that "it will wash off". Then the tech on my pedicure had to redo one of my toes twice since he kept messing up. I appreciate that he wanted to get it right, but it was still chipped in the end. The quality definitely does not match the price. Spare yourself and go somewhere else.

I came in and got a gel pedicure which lasted about 30 minutes. I had gel on my toes already and I explained to the texg my nail was thin because of a previous bad pedicure I had gotten at silk nails. She still filed the gel off until my toe was sore. She also did not cut my cuticles which is part of even the most basic pedicure. She barely touched my heels and the $20 gel polish was literally everywhere but my toe. It looked like somebody had been playing in paint. I complained and another lady took off the gel by starting to drill my nail AGAIN after I explained MY NAIL IS THIN!! At this point

This was the prettiest manicure I’ve ever gotten. Extremely professional, paid attention to every detail. Nhi did a great job!
Although after a week and a half, I broke 2 nails and 3 others were cracked. I don’t do any “hard labor” I type a lot if anything. I’d say the nails were too thin and that’s why they cracked so easily. But the cleanliness of this place will make me reconsider going back and just asking them to do a thicker layer.

I highly recommend Castle Hills Lash & Nail. I started coming here about 2 months ago for my powdered dips and they come out perfect every time. Everyone is so nice and great at what they do! My favorite part is the complimentary arm and hand massage at the end. Thank you Amy for always doing an amazing job!!

I drive 45 min every 2-3 weeks just to see Tammy and Amy!! I’ve been going to Tammy for my eyelashes since back in her solar days...so of course when she told me she was opening her own salon I had to follow… her wherever she went! I get sooo many compliments on my eyelashes! They are literally perfect and full and even every single time which for us eyelash girls is a huge deal! She always makes sure I’m comfortable and warm which she obviously doesn’t have to do but she’s just that kind of a person she genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients! And

So happy I found a new 5-star nail salon closer to home. My former nail lady suddenly quit and shut down permanently to due COVID. I did extensive research on FB, Google and Yelp and made a list of new nail salons to try, along with highly recommended nail techs. Castle Hills Lash & Nail was first on my list! I called and scheduled appointments for myself and a girlfriend. I requested Amy and Tiffany for my friend.
