I 100% regret coming here. I went Saturday 1/22 and it is now Tuesday 1/25 and my nails are cracking, chipped and breaking. They are lumpy, and not smooth. First I had one lady do them. (Overlay dip on my nails) and she did a horribleness job. When I asked her to fix them she got offended and threw her tools and another person came to try to repair her “work”. He fixed what he could but I was so unhappy. My thumb nails ARE THE WORSE!!!
I just paid and left. I have never had issues of cracking, chipping and breaking.. EVER! Especially within days.. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

This was my first time at this salon and I have no idea why I didn’t go sooner. Jonathan was the nicest gentleman who has ever done my nails. From start to finish, he made sure I was comfortable and was happy. He was professional and so so sweet! I have truly never EVER had service like this before. I wish all nail techs were like him because they should be!!! 10000/10 definitely would recommend this place and to ask for him!!!!

Today was my first time at nail luxury and I had a great experience!! This nail salon exceeded my expectations and so did my nail tech, qween. She did an amazing job on my nails and took her time! She made my nails look exactly like the photo I showed her and I could not be any happier. It’s so hard to find a nail technician who takes the time on your nails to satisfy the customer, thank you Qween! I will be coming back!
