I have worked with several sprinkler irrigation companies through the years, and I was extremely pleased with the job that Richie and Rick from Lisco recently did for me. Some companies only want to show up to turn on the system and turn it off, and getting them to do repairs is sometimes a challenge, or they have excuses why improvements cannot be made.

Top-notch work QUICK and UNDER the initial estimate. Within a week or two of notice, Dave got a crew out to our almost 1 acre property that had just been freshly hydroseeded and had 12 zones installed in under 2 days. The crew even reseeded in the tiny areas dug up as they installed. Follow-up and communication about any questions on the system and its operation have been top notch. Highly recommend!!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Unresponsive company, doesn’t winterize systems properly (water froze in lines causing multiples cracks and leaks), and then wants to charge a service fee to even look at their mistakes. No call back when we insist on speaking to someone in charge. Will be going with someone else from now on.

Critical: Professionalism
Came to alter sprinkler heads under warranty and had them come back as the work was not completed correctly. Upon second visit, they insisted on payment to which I refused and refused to do business with me going forward. Disappointing and not customer first.

I've had several bad experiences with this business. Their service team is rude and lazy. Leaving several messages for a month and no call backs. They finally did call back but I had already found another company that returned my call in 5 minutes. I was with them for 3 years and getting a hold of them was always an issue. It was like you were bothering them.
