This company installed a sprinkler system at my home. They placed sprinkler heads on my neighbor's property. I had them come back to move the sprinkler heads on my property and they billed me to fix their mistake. What company does that? Would not recommend them to anyone.
Edit: Property lines were clearly staked and I discussed 10 inches from the property line with Chuck. This Picture was taken after you moved the sprinkler to the correct spot. The circled spot is the original spot, which is not 10 inches from the property line, and on my neighbor’s property.

The worst customer service ever. They came out to do a spring start up, then said they wouldn’t charge me because they had to come back anyway, sent me a bill and when I called gave me soooo much attitude and claimed that I still had to pay because they came out there. First of all they are 3 min down the road and second they didn’t actually do anything.

Worst company ever from everyone at the office to the people installing the new irrigation system/doing maintenance. They just care about sales once you pay them they don't care about the customers needs/wants. they think their customers are STUPID and think THEY know everything about installing sprinklers LOL. every time i call the office the lady that picks up has no idea how to answer any questions. then she always transfers to supervisor or some manager named 'Colleen' shes even worse says she will have someone come check out my problems since last 2 years and they never show up..or when the

I would like to take this opportunity to share a wonderful experience with Stay Green. We have Christmas lights put up by Stay Green and they do an excellent job! We have worked with them for a few years and this year we had a few minor issues getting things to operate correctly, but the service we received was amazing! The office and staff in the field went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were resolved and our house looked beautiful as well as the lights working perfectly! Customer service and professionalism was above and beyond and we appreciate the hard work!

Stay Green Irrigation is a wonderful company to fill your irrigation needs. I can’t say enough about how friendly the women are who book your appointments. They do their best to accommodate your needs and will go the extra mile to make it work if a conflict arises. Chuck who took care of installing the irrigation system in my lawn is an wonderful person and very knowledgeable about irrigation system. Chuck is friendly and very helpful if needs arise. They will also make notes at the end of the season if need be on any adjustments that should be made and then follow through on this when the season

After a cable company contractor ruined a couple of sprinkler heads and one of the water conduits, StayGreen came to the rescue in quick order.
Colleen was essential in getting the "ball rolling"!
The repair went perfectly - everything seems to be fixed and in working order.
Big kudos to Adam - extremely professional and easy to deal with.

I contacted Stay Green about a sprinkler install quote and found them to be very professional and informative. We hired them and booked the install. They were right on time and did the job without any type of problem or up sell. The crew was friendly and hard working. When they were finished they raked and cleaned up. It looked like they were never there. They also took the time when it was completed to show us how to operatate it. I couldn't be happier with this company and would recommend them to others without hesitation.
