We accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, Peoples Healthcare Network and others. Depending on your insurance provider, you are expected to pay any co-payment or deductible at the time of your scheduled appointment. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. This place is joke and needs to be shut down. I went in for issues such as going through a tampons in 10 minutes for weeks. They did a sonogram and blood tests and I called back to get my results explained and they said NO! Whenever you ask questions they do NOT care and don't give any answers! It's a fight for any follow up or anyone to care about you there. Do not go and they need their licenses pulled. They don't even look you in the eyes during appointments.

Worst medical facility I've ever visited.
The signs in the waiting room of a obgyn state "no children allowed". The ultrasound technician was so rude and unprofessional. The doctors referred to my miscarried baby as "debris" simply cold heartless awful people I wish I had never been referred to them. They made an already bad day absolutely horrible. I'll drive the extra half an hour to go to a good doctor in Metairie.

I've been using Dr. Sirven at this location for over 20 years. He has always been extremely attentive and professional. His nurse Lisa and the rest of the staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. The only complaints I have are all the rude, inconsiderate people waiting in the waiting room that won't turn the SUV's off on their phones OR that carry on LOUD conversations with their speaker on or watch OBNOXIOUS videos with the sound on. That's out of the control of the medical staff but hoping that one if those rude idiots might see this and be more

I would leave 5 stars but due to the front desk, I am not. I paid cash for my visit which is $150 I handed her $200. She acted like it was a hassle and said with a slight attitude "let me see if we have change, you can go sit over there." Besides that Dr. Bigelow has been my doctor for a few years, she is the best. Tara I believe is her name tried to make me feel a bit more comfortable because you ladies now how uncomfortable these check ups are!
