This is our second time having work done here and I will continue to bring them my business. They did a great job fixing our vehicles from start to finish. Very good service. They will take care of your vehicle and take the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company as well. We've been there twice due to hail damage and someone backing into our car.

I used them when someone rear ended my vehicle. The process from beginning to end was smooth. They had my vehicle in the shop in a timely matter and back to me when promised. I was always able to reach a live person if I needed to call for anything! This is huge in customer service! When I picked my vehicle up, the owner himself made it a point to come and speak to me. He made sure I was happy with my repairs, told me if I noticed anything after leaving I was not happy with they would be more then willing to fix it and thanked me for staying local. This meant a lot. Thank you for your excellent

When adversity happens that is when you find out what kind of company you are dealing with. North Country is a quality group led by Galen, Steve and Ben. They delivered a quality repair with great communication and when I had a issue with the car after I picked it up they went above and beyond and made sure that everything was correct.

Third time we've used them to repair collision damage, all three times we've been very pleased. They do great work and are very professional. They also kept me well informed throughout the process. I hope we don't have any more 'fender benders' for a while but if we do we are definitely coming back to North Country!

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, North Country and its employees were professional, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. They had my car finished earlier than expected, even though they were short-handed! To my surprise they even cleaned it inside and out which I truly did not expect. Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome shop. I hit a deer with my truck last fall, and parts were on crazy backorder due to Covid. The staff kept me in the loop on when parts were coming in, and I was able to use a very capable loaner car for 2+ Months. It wasn’t fancy but it had heated seats and never broke down. The work they performed was pristine. Truck looked good as new. They also detailed the interior and even touched up my paint while we waited for parts. Will be returning for any and all auto needs going forward, five star highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledge, thorough and trustworthy - everything you could ask for in an auto mechanic. Great communication with regards to what needs done vs. what can wait, and for how long. My wife and I have always been happy with the service we've received and use North Country as our go-to for car maintenance and repairs. Would recommend.
