I don't want to share what happened but just know it's an f-ing horror story.
Don't come here. I've gotten nails and hair done here always giving then a chance because they are walking distance from me. Your $ is going to the trash. You'd basically just be donating money to pay for their rent at this premier center location that they don't deserve to have.

If you have time to waste, money to throw away, and you do not mind walking out of a nail salon looking like a bad Barbie experiment, this place is for you.
Dip polish chipped less than one hour from leaving salon and had completely peeled off and destroyed my natural nails in less than 2 days. I have never had a dip manicure do this or cause so much damage. DO NOT GO HERE!! Many better businesses nearby!!!

Worst nail experience ever. I felt like I was being attacked! One person grabbing my foot the other grabbing my hand at the same time and I wasn't even settled in the chair! Their clippers were so dull instead of cutting the cuticles they were pulling/tearing them. Worst experience ever. Will never go back and will not recommend! Also rude!

Went in today for 2nd time, waxing service. Had to wait in between the service as the lady needed to go check out other customers.
Got multiple bruises on my upper leg as she wasn't able to wax properly.
Was asked to turn on my stomach even though I was pregnant and wait in that position while she left the room for minutes.
Last but not least, the waxing chair broke and was too scared to move, yet she made me keep moving while holding the broken part. Horrible service and experience.

Overpriced for a mani/pedi. Didn't even get gel AND had a coupon and it was still $50 with tip. There was no massage with the mani which was disappointing. The lady who did my mani cut me twice as well. Just not a very good paint job on either service. The women who worked there were very nice, so I feel bad, but I probably won't be back unless I need something last minute

I love them! I received a spiral perm and they did an awesome job! It came out beautiful! I’m making this salon my go to from now on! They gave me an appointment the same day I called. They take their time to make sure it’s done right! So nice and friendly staff!

Last weekend I went in for eyebrow and upper lip threading after I confirmed they offered threading service.
Once there, Michelle tried to convince me to do wax instead (this shouldve been a red flag) but I declined because I prefer threading and again I asked for confirmation that threading was an option.
Either for lack of experience or anger that I declined to do waxing. Michelle aggressively tore the skin around my eyebrows and lips. She snapped the string multiple times because of how tight and aggressive she "threaded".
A week later, there's still marks around my brows

Absolutely the worst hair cut I have ever had, and I have been getting hair cuts for fifty plus years.
The color that was used on my hair has left my hair burnt.
They don't even post their licenses at their work stations, which is against the law.
If you want a nice hair cut, go somewhere else.

Michelle does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. I am usually incredulous about the precision wax can get and tend to opt for threading. Michelle assured me she could shape my eyebrows without taking too much off and she was true to her word. She's a licensed makeup tattoo artist -- a discipline that requires a lot of attention to detail and it shows when she is waxing my eyebrows. She is extremely precise and takes extra time to make sure it is the right shape for my face. She has now become my go-to eyebrow lady!

I had a manicure and waxing done today at Belmont beauty salon. I am very happy with the service received. Michelle did a good job. The renovated salon was clean and well kept. There was a young girl who started off the manicure but was taken over half way by Michelle. Not sure why though. They had customers coming in one after the other, which is a really good sign and they accommodate walk ins too.
I am taking off a star because, the prices mentioned on their website is inconsistent to what I was charged. The full arm wax on their website says $30 and I was charged $35. Same with manicure,

I was on my way home from work and meant to go to my usual nail spot, but the traffic getting there wasn't going to allow me get there in time before they closed and I saw this place on my route home. When I drove by they still had their open sign on at about 6:40, I hate being that person that comes in right before closing but I was in desperate need of a gel manicure!
When I came in everyone available was already with clients but Michelle still set up a spot for me and had me choose a nail color. I was so surprised at how kind they were to me considering I came in so close to closing time

Im familiar with fill ins procedures since I been getting my nails done since I can remember, hence the pickyness in getting good service and recognizing when not getting it.
Even when getting a fill the technitian its putting new acrylic and at filing it takes the shape given by him . The picture uploaded was my nails finished; at that point you can tell it was
