I use to go to this clinic before I moved to the city, and all I can say is that I never had a problem with the doctors I've seen, especially Dr. Davis, as well as some of the staff (hence the two stars). That being said, my parents still go here and are still waiting for their COVID results almost TWO weeks after getting tested!! Having to wait an excruciating amount of time to see anybody even after making an appointment is one thing, but you can't even get enough hands to efficiently process COVID results within the amount of time health experts assured us it would take??? This is truly unacceptable

Changing my review. Before had it at 1 star but raising it to two.
My first visit was at 2pm; had to come in half hr before appt to fill out paperwork as a new patient. Was shuffled among different windows before moving on to another location to wait to see dr Davis. Overall it took over 3 hrs to get my physical, a few referrals, and I still had to go back the next day for bloodwork because lab was closed already; 2 hrs & 45 mins of that was waiting.
However, coming early the next morning was like day & night. I got in & left within 20 mins. The staff were helpful & friendly. My recommendation

As soon as I walked up to this facility, something immediately felt off. I had an appointment at 1:30pm & they told me to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork because I’d be considered a new patient. NO ONE WAS AT ANY OF THE COUNTERS! When I finally did catch someone, she guided me to the forms then disappeared for about 20 minutes. Not sure if or why it’s policy that they ask you about household income when I have insurance??? But ok... When I finally signaled the same woman to tell her I’m done, she motioned for me to wait then disappeared again for another 30 minutes. Good luck

Literally if I could give 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd Time coming here because my dad had an appointment. We had an appointment at 11am, it’s 2pm now. No matter how early you are they’ll have you waiting there. The doctor will see you then tell you to go and wait some more depending on what else the patient needs. That’s another 2 hours or more. All we came for was for a physical. I’ve never seen a place take as long as they do. (The first time was the exact same. We took around 5 hours they’re extremely slow.) People are nice, but overall it’s annoying. If you’re gonna come and

I visited as walk in for dental check up because my wisdom tooth has been hurting for a week, though they don't do extraction, they will refer you to a doctor who accepts your insurance and give you antibiotics and stronger ibuprofen for pain. Overall a good health center, and quite satisfied with how i got treated! :)
If you don't have insurance, I believe they still give discounts to patients.

Love the place but some staff are very rude specially, Virginia( main entrance) who is lady very rude, non sociable, bad behaved and a horrible attitude towards the patients that come in and talk to her, hope somebody speaks with this lady because all she does make other patients time impossible while being here and apart from that yells that others instead of speaking nicely. Like I said love the place but one rotten apple always has to ruin the others.
